While the account holder successfully completed verification, the second director did not complete the required KYC process. As explained during our telephone conversation, failure to comply with mandatory KYC requirements means we are unable to provide the service and also affects refund eligibility in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Doubtful untrustworthy Service
It’s 15 days since we paid online for registered office and director address for one day after payment no response the. After sending email half response and we remain unable to get things done and even lost our trust as they require very personal IDs etc…. So we asked for REFUND for it’s now 7+ days no response….

Poor service
5 days ago I applied for a registered office and nothing seems to have been progressed. I’m still on hold and when I click the link I’m taken to an online form, asking for information already provided. The live chat doesn’t work and trying to get through on the phone has been inconvenient to say the least.

I have recently registered with them
I have recently registered with them. Take me four weeks to do KYC they are extremely difficult. Customer Service only in the beginning on registration after the registration no one bothered about you when you expect to collect the mail you have to pay Double the amount for collection otherwise they will send it back to send all your post.
I don’t recommend it at all as I can see scamming when they price special offers you pay £150 a year and they ask you for post collecting £250 a year
