Address verification method is wrong. Despite the fact that I submitted the valid document (barcode and government-approved document) to your institution both in my country and through Company House, it is not appropriate for you to insist on requesting bank statements. Even Company House, when registering a company in the UK, requires this document and considers it sufficient for address verification. You need to update/adjust your KYC system.

Once you are set up they send over the letters automatically which is great. The onboarding process can be long as they have to verify each UBO which can delay things though overall would recommend if you need a business address service

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They trap you with their T&Cs that are unethical and should be looked into by trading standards.
I would NOT recommend their service and suggest you use other providers as this firm is has zero customer service .

After registration there isn’t any customer service everything on portal portal is not clear very outdated complicated take me two weeks to register the company
I have completed KC I’ve done everything until this moment. I cannot use Company registration address and I pay the full money. No one can help for a direction only sending an email and you have to wait. No customer service or customer service before Cell after you pay the money there is no one can help you.
