They do not renew the yearly subscription automatically, so each year, you need to bring out the credit card, login and pay manually. If you miss this payment by one single day, they charge an extra "late renewal penalty", which is funny, because if they cannot renew automatically, then technically, that late payment is not a renewal at all - it is just signing up for the service again, next year, albait with a one day shift in time. There are other better virtual office providers out there, with better websites, better technology, and cheaper.

The integration of documents
The integration of documents, correspondence, and processing times ultimately resulted in a seven-day delay to complete a registered company address change. While the product itself appears strong, the overall customer service and administrative experience fell short of expectations.
That said, one individual, Samantha, was excellent throughout. She was highly professional, responsive, and provided invaluable support during the process. Unfortunately, my other interactions were not of the same standard.
I would like to think this was an isolated incident, and I remain hopeful that future experiences will reflect a more consistent level of service.

Mail forwarding is a core part of our service and isn’t something that simply “doesn’t happen” without cause - if there’s ever an issue (such as missing ID requirements or forwarding preferences not being set), we work with clients to resolve it quickly. We also don’t “constantly ask for more money” - any additional fees are clearly outlined and typically relate to optional services or usage beyond standard allowances.
As for the suggestion around our reviews, both The London Office and MYCO Works are part of the same group, and all feedback is from genuine clients using our services. We’d have much preferred the opportunity to look into and resolve your concerns directly, as this certainly doesn’t reflect the standard of service we aim to provide.
