Would not recommend

While the initial stages of the tenancy were handled reasonably well - including arranging viewings, processing paperwork, and general communication at the start, the overall experience deteriorated significantly over time.
Maintenance requests often took too long to resolve, and contractors frequently arrived with little or no notice. On multiple occasions, agents gave contractors keys to access the property and my bedroom while I was not present, despite me clearly stating that I was uncomfortable with this. This felt intrusive and a serious breach of privacy.
The deposit refund process was extremely disappointing. Communication was slow and unclear, key points were ignored, and the agents failed to acknowledge their own written correspondence. I had to chase repeatedly for basic responses, and supporting evidence was not provided in a timely manner, causing unnecessary stress and financial strain.
If a tenancy ends like this, it overshadows any positives during the stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend renting through this agency.
