A variety of checks are necessary to become a guardian. The process however was extremely smooth and rapid. It was very easy to get through on the telephone with the opportunity to talk to human being. The property I am in is to a very good standard and extremely good value. Also what is reassuring is that all my fellow residents have been vetted via DBS so I can be sure to trust my neighbours. Everyone I have spoken to in the residence are conscientious and mature and in responsible jobs. I am a key worker needing an accommodation in London so therefore perfect for me

I've just moved into a LOWE guardianship and I'm loving it so far! It's a really friendly, creative space and the LOWE team have been great at welcoming us all in.

My experience with Lowe has been absolutely wonderful. The letting team was tremendously helpful, friendly and approachable. They really care about your experience of the viewing the property but also about how each individual might or might not be suitable for a particular space, which benefits both sides in the long run. I cannot thank enough everyone who guided me through that experience. Thank you , for your help, expertise you share and such a wonderful customer service .

It’s just a very basic accommodation facility ideally suitable for single occupancy with basic shared facilities within affordable budget

LOWE always seem to fix & address any issues within a reasonable time frame especially compared to private landlords.

I’m am neurodivergent and struggle with things like moving home and trying to sort out the logistics of finding and affordable and comfortable place to live. I’ve been with LOWE for a few years on and off, but recently I was supported so much by Taylor. She was able to help me find the right place and was hyper aware to my needs as someone who is autistic and responds poorly to stressful situations. She was always responsive to my messages - even outside office hours - when we were a week out with no place to go. Thank you, Taylor!

Tim, Poppy and the team were refreshingly straight forward and engaged to deal with. They were very interested in our property, its potential and its unique quirks. I was lucky to live as a licensee under Lowe; I stayed with them for two years.
I got a job in London, and I did not realise how difficult the housing situation was. Thankfully, I found Lowe, and I had a great experience with them. They usually resolved problems immediately.
There were some minor issues during my stay, but I can say Lowe is a reliable company. If I return to London, I would consider staying with Lowe again.

Great company for more affordable rent in London. I have rented now for over 5years with them in two different properties, and couldn't be happier. Properties come unfurnished, but it allows you to put your own stamp on them as long as your maintaining and upscaling them, any issues I've ever had they have a great reporting app, where most jobs are completed in a matter of days, they keep you updated on all works, great communication via email or telephone and super friendly staff. You get a sense if community as there are normally many more guardians in the buildings which allows you to create a safe space where you can engage and rely on eachother. I've always felt really safe and so far have had a great experience which has allowed me to be independent in a city where otherwise I would not have been able to, I have found my little haven 😊.
Special thanks to Teresa, who always has our best interest, keeps me updated on any outgoing jobs or issues I've had, keeps on top of pending issues, always seems to go above and beyond in her department, liasing with who she needs in order to resolve any issues, maintaining clear communication throughout. Thank you to Katie (inspections) who is very professional, respectful when entering properties and the space she is in, following all the steps to notify me when she is entering, or has done a check in the property, also very friendly. Also thank you to the rest of the team; Jerome, Lauren, Isaac and Grace, who I have liased with on my occasions, who always prioritise, and make a conscience effort to get things sorted professionally and in a timely manner. I've been a property guardian with Lowe for almost two years. My overall experience with them was positive: Whenever we had a maintenance issue, someone came to deal with it in a reasonable timeframe.
At some point, we had problems with some inconsiderate neighbours, we reported to Lowe. Based on my previous experience with landlords and other guardianships in London, I didn't expect much but, to my surprise, they dealt with this issue in a very professional and caring manner.
The lady dealing with the maintenance issues was always very responsive and helpful. I always got the impression that she actually wanted to help rather than just getting on with her work.
All in all, I'd recommend Lowe to anyone who understands what a property guardianship is and how it is different to a tenancy.
