I placed an order on the LTL shop website on the 10th of July. After several days with no update, I reached out to their customer service on the 17th and conveniently received a reply the following day that my order had been dispatched. Missed the postmans first delivery attempt so we'll see what turns up tomorrow and if I get what I paid for.

UPDATE
Finally received my product, bottled were a little dusty but otherwise acceptable. Checked the batch codes online and products seem legit and within their usable shelf life.

Ordered £60 of shampoo and conditioner, didn’t send anything or respond to emails until I did a charge back with Klarna. Then shipped the order, turned up today with only 1 bottle not two. Absolute scam I wouldn’t order from this company ever again.

Placed an order. Charged for two different transactions.

No orderes received after 2 weeks. Emailed and received a response stating they couldn’t find my order. After several exchanges they found the order. They responded saying they would refund. I’ve received a refund on the transaction which didn’t relate to my order.

I’ve questioned the remaining order amount or delivery. I’m now being ignored.

No other way of contacting them. This is theft.

I ordered from this company WEEKS ago and finally got my order. I was about to ring my bank saying I’ve been scammed, they arrived. A lot of bad reviews and I was really worried, but my order eventually arrived , sealed and dusty but I’ve got it. Not sure I’d order again but hopefully the products are legit and not knockoffs

Placed order on the 17/06/25 REDKEN shampoo and conditioner! £61.66 it’s now 03/07/25 and after 12 emails back and forth still no parcel!!!
Total scammers. Asked for full refund all emails and sent out unrecognised tracking number every time.

AVOID - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Placed order, confirmation said 4 business days for delivery - no update on order after 4 days. Emailed, got an auto reply stating it is not being monitored and to use a different email address.
Email sent to orders@, no reply so decided to recall my payment and report to my bank.
Convenient that day they emailed staying it would be shipped in 3 business days. Another email today from them (02.07.25) saying my order has been shipped and will arrive in 2 days. Tracking details don't even work.
Doubt the order will arrive.

Placed my order and after a week nothing arrived so I started emailing to establish if I was going to receive the products in the order. After several days of emailing I was eventually told that a partial refund had been issued. Not sure why I have been only given a partial refund as none of the products in the order have arrived and there has yet again been no further response to my emails about this. This is the third out of four orders which I have had an issue with. I don't like complaining but I am really fed up with the constant chasing of orders.

My order was never dispatched, I was told twice it would be dispatched after 3 working days and both times did not get any confirmation of dispatch. I paid through Klarna so reported to them and got a refund

Item not even shipped after 10 days. Looks like this website is a scam. I will have to do a chargeback via my bank

didn’t really want to give a 1 but it’s a scam websight all there reviews are written by them in different names order a redken proudly over £60 and never turned up even when emailing nothing would comes back to me please read reviews before you buy so you don’t get scammed

Ordered Redken products from this website, after nearly 3 weeks from order date it still shows 'preparing for shipment'. After 1 week of my order placed, I reached out to customer service asking for an update and almost immediately got an overly kind response that my products will be shipped out within 3 business days, and I'll receive the tracking details ia email. 5 business day later, still havent received tracking email, havent received the products and on SHOP tracking application it still shows 'preparing for shipment'. I reached out again 3 days ago - and for no surprise, they dont bother with any answer anymore. Criminals

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have clearly gone bust and are not delivering items. I have reported them. Please buy from a store like HWS. It's despicable. Shut your website down!

I'd give it no stars if I could SCAMMERS.

It's 14 days after my order which according to Shop tracking HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT them as all emails produce an automated reply saying "THIS EMAIL IS NOT MANNED" Please don't buy from this company I'll be reporting them to consumer investigations and Watchdog. I've lost over £70. It looks like from other reviews even if they do send anything it is highly suspect.

I have placed an order 10 days ago and all the responses on my delivery issue are exactly the same with no concrete answer after three emails . On the LTL website the delivery time was 3-5 days.After seeing all these bad reviews on this company I’m not surprised they are doing this again to another customer. I wish I had seen this review earlier.

DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! My products arrived with no seals and they have been very patronising upon me requesting a refund and have denied that they would have be unsealed and aren’t refunding me my £60. All their product reviews on their website are FAKE! They’ve wrote them all themselves. The format of nearly ALL reviews are identical, some even copy and pasted. Their products don’t seem real either. I haven’t used them as they weren’t sealed but upon doing some more research, it seems this company sells fake, out of date, covered in filth products. My hands were black when I took the bottles out the box 🤮🤮

I would never buy from this company again and I would advise any customers swayed by the cheap price to be extremely cautious. You cannot contact the company, they have one email address that they do not respond from and there is no return address despite a copy and paste return policy. You are stuck if you have any issues. The company duplicated my order, charged me twice and didn’t respond to any emails. Thank goodness I paid on PayPal who looked into it, decided in my favour and refunded me.

I ordered one bundle of shampoo, conditoner and a hair mask. Once I had completed the order there was a button for '15% off' - I clicked on it thinking it was just an offer or voucher, but it auto-ordered me another bundle and I was charged an extra £60 for products I didn't want or order. There was no indication the button would complete a transaction which is completely illegal. I contacted them for a refund and have not received one in over 2 weeks, despite them admitting fault. I contacted them for a return of the extra products to get my money back but the return has not been processed after a week. #29164

Please don’t use this company and beware of some of the good reviews, they seem suss. Ordered Redken products and chased twice, each time being told the order world be shipped in the next 3 working days and that I would receive confirmation. No confirmation and no products have arrived. Have requested a refund but have a feeling I’ll need to fight for that too. Utter scam of a company with awful customer service.

I have been a customer of the LTL shop for a couple of years now. I came across them online, bought from them and have continued with my custom since. Initially, I used them to buy Moroccan oil, but have since bought a few other products that I hadn’t previously been aware of. It’s very rare that I sign up to regular emails, but I have with this shop and they often send really competitive discounts on products. I have quite difficult to manage hair and they have a great range of products which have really helped to tame my hair and keep it looking shiny and healthy. They are prompt in sending out the products and they are very well packaged so never turn up damaged or leaking. (This was why I bought from them initially, after a poor experience with an Amazon sellers delivery of Moroccan oil). I cannot fault them in any transaction I have had with them. I very rarely write reviews, even negative ones for bad service, but the service and quality has been 5* and I decided to recognise that because it has been consistently good. I recommend the shop based on the positive experience I have had.
