Total scam company - now posting on website as site unavailable I ordered a robot in January for my granddaughters birthday costing £100 - despite emails and phone calls it’s almost May and I’ve still not received a response, nor do they answer the phone, not got the goods or a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUES!

One star is generous for this organization.
Bought 2 2T memory sticks. One worked for 2 days and the other for 2 weeks. Ceased to function and cannot be re- formatted. I was promised replacement or refund, but there was clearly never any intention to honour the promise.
I wish I had read other reviews before buying.
Be warned - Steer clear of Lucky Deals!

Ordered a smart watch, was given incorrect tracking number (rang royal mail it was actually a number for another person in another county!) When I questioned the company, they just asked where I got the tracking number from and I sent them proof it was them (it was actually this same person who I was emailing that gave me the number!) Emailed almost every day for weeks and I have been ignored. Nearly 4 months later still no item or response from company. Even emailed them asking for refund or I'd report and was still ignored. That's £36 down the toilet! And found the watch half that price on other sites!! AVOID!!!!

Product arrived swiftly and safely. And my returns process was even quicker. All my queries were responded to and dealt with on the same day. Wonderful service.

I ordered a Koretrak smart watch.
I got a cheap generic version of a smart watch. It was in fact the same as the cheap one I'd bought from eBay for £6.00.
Sadly, I read the reviews for this Essex based bunch of con artists too late.
Bank and trading standards contacted, it's almost funny that they think people will just put up with being treated like this.

Great item, service and quick to respond to queries.

I had to make a change to my order and this was handled quickly and efficiently - would definitely recommend

9/10, delivery took 7 days when I paid for 3-5 but I understand deliveries are delayed due to the pandemic, I backed my laptop up on the usb and it looks fine. Thanks

Bought a moon lamp, it was cheaper than anywhere else I could find it and it ended up working and it looks perfect in my son's room

Advertised as genuine TRX product, then supplied a cheap quality knock-off brand. The descritpion used TRX throughout, and all the images are of the TRX product - including ones with "Patented technology" next to the TRX product.

Also, purchased 2 at the same time for 10% discount but only recieved one.

Left 1 star feedback on their website, which surprisely hasn't been appproved by them so does not appear - only 4 and 5 star reviews are showing.

Have reported them to trading standards as bait and switch trader.

Received a smart watch in one week it's slightly slow but it measures my blood pressure and all the features seem to work. I also swam in it and it seemed to handle up well

I bought a USB Stick, worked well, customer service took 1 day to reply, they were respectful and helped my issue out.

I ordered a flash-drive from their website. They sent me a faulty one that does not work. Even though they promised to replace it, they never have. No replacement was sent or refund offered. They are now avoiding my emails and have taken money from me for an item that is unusable. Avoid using this site at all costs. Check other reviews on facebook too - I'm not the only person who has been robbed by these con men. AVOID!

EDIT The company refunded my money so upgraded my star rating for this.

Fake 3TB USB memory stick. Looks like it has 3TB memory but has software to fake it. Now I've looked into it I can see it's a common scam, learned my lesson. Tried moving files from a lower capacity harddrive and it doesn't have enough space.

I ordered a smartwatch for my daughter, it lasted 5 days before the screen stopped working. I ordered a samsung smartwatch but what arrived was a cheap alternative from china. I contacted them via the website & then emailed them but there was no response from either. We were lucky we got a refund via paypal as the watch was totally useless.

False advertising.
Ordered a robot for Christmas called Lawrence for fifty quid. The product arrived in a damaged box. The robots name was different and cannot perform half the functions as shown in the video. It's a small cheap Chinese produced remote control toy, worth less then ten quid let alone fifty. They won't allow you to publish your reviews online if they're negative ones.
