Ordered a chucky doll from here, £48 gone, no item recieved. Nothing.
Dont waste your time, no one even messages back or refunds you - probably in denial from all the people they scammed.

Scam alert. I'm normally quite savvy when ordering online and the site looks genuine. Emailed to cancel the order straight after ordering and it's been over a week and no one is getting back to me. I hope no one else is caught out!

False information about the item and completely no option of returning or contacting them.
No contact at all, the item came half smaller then it should have been. They don't reply emails or chats or anything. BIG HUGE SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don't buy from this company
Ordered two watches from these people, 1 item arrived but the app is not English. Want to return the items, I sent lots of emails no reply. Tried to phone, line goes dead every time. Tried a webchat which they say they reply immediately, no response. No returns policy or returns address available on website. Return address on packaging was a distribution company 4PX Express UK Co. Ltd, not Theluckdealss.com company. This tells me that the company is not in the UK.
