Very good company with good products
Very good company with good products. I especially liked the way the website clearly outlined the strengths of each product allowing the customer to make an informed decision. The mattress topper we purchased has definitely made a difference to our sleep in a positive way. Very efficient service although the packaging was damaged and wet when it arrived. Thankfully it is so well packed (and vacuumed sealed) it did not damage the core product.

I placed an order on 23rd October the pain relief bundle with mattress topper £197.99, I have received no further communication, I have emailed on 3 separate occasions and have tried to communicate via telephone several times. The tracking shows as in progress and no further details, I have now purchased a mattress and additional orthopaedic topper, to say I’m annoyed is In understatement. I have notified my bank and raised a chargeback, which can take up 40 days. Customer service is appalling, transparency is non existent and judging by other reviews the products are terrible, I have advanced osteoporosis, this was purchased as an aid to help me function after sleeping which enables me to function on a human level! This company is abhorrent!

Honest advice given before purchase
Excellent and honest advice given to me before I placed my order. I spoke to Myles at company HQ & discussed my specific requirements (small double sofa bed). He advised me that the mattress topper could not be “re-rolled” so I’d probably need to consider my options. He also reminded me that I could return after trying if it wasn’t suitable. I did decide to order and keep my sofa bed down (lounge used as bed sitting room). What a difference this topper has made ! It’s transformed the sofa bed, feels like a proper bed now. We use the firm side which provides the perfect support for the user’s back and has made such a positive difference to the quality of his sleep. Best buy ever. The free pillow is fantastic too, so supportive.
