Beware!
Ordering, Delivery and customer service faultless.
The problem is the Seriously Comfortable personal cool zone sheet/pad.
It is a thin polyester/polyethlene sheet. So it warms up as soon as you lie on it as any other sheet or polyester in particular.
Was really hoping this would help as recommended by a friend who loves hers.
Beware! No refund even if packaging is opened!
