I’ve got both books and they are absolutely fab. My partner and I love all the recipes and now my son requests certain dishes too.
I’ve been a follower since the ebook days and John has always replied to our DMs with any help needed, plus his content cracks me up :) xx

From starting my journey on Instagram to purchasing the books, containers and being on the tmpk app Its been a very easy and a rewarding journey . John is a very genuine honest outspoken lol individual. If it wasnt for his straight talking no nonsense approach then id still b heavy and miserable. He is always present for the app with advise which is a great help ..The books are fab with loads of easy cook recipes. I can do them and believe me im no cook lol i use the containers which are a life saver for prepping . They are a must in any kitchen . Not had 1 bad experience so very happy all round

Purchased the original Meal Prep King book about 2 years ago , love its a simple and handy way to make healthy meals. Lots of favourites .. chicken fajita bowls, fake away chicken fried rice and oatmeal rasian cookies 😋. John Instagram innocent and honest.. no bones. Unfortunately im not a fan of ice cold showers 😕, 2 adorable pups and positive advice on avoiding alcohol. John Rodgers, Northern Ireland.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Life-changing prep system!!!
I finally treated myself to both of the meal prep books and a set of the glass containers with the silicone lids, and I’m so glad I did. The books are incredible, the recipes aren't just healthy, they actually taste like "real" food that you look forward to eating.
The glass containers are a total game changer. The silicone lids fit perfectly and actually stay sealed, unlike the cheap plastic ones I used to use. It feels much higher quality to eat out of glass, and they look great in the fridge. If you’re on the fence, just get them. It makes staying on track feel so much easier and more organized!

Tasty, delicious and packed to perfection! Can’t wait for the next batch to come in!

The meals in the books are amazing! Yes you do need to put time aside but it saves so much time when everything is ready and prepped and you don't need to reach for a takeaway menu!! You can also do within a budget which is great.

I follow John on Instagram and for a while he went through a rough time, it's good to see how he's turned his life around. I like his honesty. The meal prep books are really good too with good recipes and plenty of info

TMPK helped push me to do better. The meal planning and just being honest to one's self was great and motivating. No sugar coating, just real life stories.

Cannot believe how many fake people have left these good reviews. Reported as your just trying to con more companies. You shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Very frustrated

I've purchased both of the meal prep king recipe books. They are very good and easy to follow. I have used a lot of the recipes from both books.
I also find his Instagram page both enlightening and informative.

I bought John’s cook book a few years ago, the meals in the book are easy to follow and cook and they taste lovely… I’ve still to buy the second book which I will very soon.. I also follow TMPK (John) on social media and he really talks sense, just says how it is and it’s the truth..

Signed up for the app.. scam really doesn't work and recepies are just lifted from the internet refused refund

Terrible customer service. Only interested in taking money. Gets angry if people ask for information or chase orders.
Rants and posts photos of customers online if they question his methods or ask a question he deems stupid.

Bought both books from the meal prep king and both are amazing. Easy to follow recipes, low calorie without losing any flavour. Budget friendly and not too complicated to follow.

An all rounder, John shows you how to meal prep, keep active and motivates you to be the best you can be the best version of yourself.
The meal prep king books are easy to follow and it’s no wonder he’s had worldwide success with them, as well as his books he also has the tried and tested meal prep containers and an an App. Highly recommend. I think we all need a John to give us the encouragement

Curious how has Mr Cork has reviewed the portion sizes, macros, delivery, packaging and reheating results of meal preps that Themealprepking doesn't sell yet?
Can't trust the reviews when good ones are fake and genuine ones are being deleted.

ADDED following reply from TMPK (or more likely Michelle as it's far too articulate and error-free to be John).
I feel if your comments were fact, Mr Corks' review would (or indeed should) have made reference to that. As it stands, it smacks of being fake - if genuine, a review would more than likely been part of the deal of receiving the trial product (otherwise why do it?) and wouldn't have miraculously appeared after a mass request to Instagram followers. I imagine whilst you didn't feed the entire internet, there would have been more than one recipient of the trial, and therefore other reviews, positive or negative.

I have no intention of trying any products with TMPK branding after witnessing for many years his views and opinions on anyone who doesn't hang off his every word.

His guidance and help is inspiring and helpful. Found him through his social media, got really inspiring and started the meal prep way thanks to him, really satisfied and love all the recipes and meals he share.

Very poor customer service. I’d go as far to say that TMPK weight loss programme is a scam. You will pay money to sign up and literally receive nothing on value in return that isn’t already readily available online. He’s literally just going to tell you to eat less move more. Not really worthy of a premium subscription. Don’t believe all the blatant lies saying limited spaces for enrollment etc. It’s like the DFS sale- it never ends! Just the regular “influencer” trifle as per usual!

The glass meal prep containers are far superior to others on market. The silicone lids with steam outlet aid longevity to lids ensuring remain completely sealed when used. Recipe books so much variety easy to understand simple steps to help with all stages. TMPK thinks of everything.
Premium products highly recommend.
