Great website with consistent content. A guy that says it as it is. Very funny and talks about everyday normal stuff. Does not take himself too seriously. The books are so good especially for people like myself who do long shifts.

I have Followed John for years.
His meal preps not only save money and precious time when working full time, but they also help with the Weight loss journey .

I have brought both Johns meal prep containers both glass and plastic great service they came quick and I use the glass ones all the time I have had conversations with John on many occasions and he has been nothing but kind and never a bad word from him I would buy he’s containers ever time

Meal prep containers are amazing strong , stay clean fantastic seal, amazing for putting in oven , microwave or air fryer .

Great books, super easy to follow, not only saves you money and time but also is a sure fire way to lose weight, helps with portion and calorie control.
Most importantly always tasty recipes.

I have made a couple of the recipes and have been tasty. Tweaked the broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake by adding mushrooms and bacon. The advice is sensible and great to see what freezes well.

The items were delivered very quickly and good quality. I’m enjoying the planner, which is very helpful.

I like his honesty and commitment to changing himself for the better and to want to help others people do the same. The way he overcame addiction on his own was inspiring. I have all of his cookbooks and made some of the recipes. Ideal for a busy lifestyle. His content inspires me to care less about what others think and focus on myself :)

Best meal prep containers out there! I have tried a few! No food stains either, like on my others. I have a few of glass ones now as my son decided he needed them for meal prep. Good size as who wants small meals! I want round ones now please.

John is very to the point and very honest but what comes along side this is results he completely changed my mind set on a lot of things.
All I say is hear him out he makes sense he drives to see results and is always just as pleased with your result as you are! Lovely man and always has a listening ear .

What a vile man this is the way he speaks about women fat shaming and about their looks how is he running a business his recipes are similar to google his hygiene in the kitchen dropping food in the sink and putting it in with the food he prepped disgusting on his TikTok lives calling overweight women fat and huge bearing in mind he is an alcoholic and an abuser google his domestic violence against women now he’s doing it openly on live TikTok but won’t say boo to men

Awful man. Dont give him any money

Wow! I cannot believe he continues to get away with conning people and taking people’s hard earned money.

Firstly, he started offering 1-1 coaching and asking people to sign up. Then an email came with his prices….£2,000 for 12 weeks per person, littered with spelling mistakes, no GDPR policy, no refund policy set out within the email and no mention of his qualifications.

He then had a complete meltdown on social media as someone (well within their rights) replied to his email and stated all the above. He must have realised what he was charging was ludicrous for someone not qualified, so he backtracked and stated if people bought his app, he would do a draw in January and pick people to get the 1-1 coaching for free.

This, I now realise, has been done to get people to buy his app, which by the way are all stolen pictures and recipes (I have searched the food pictures from his App and they are stolen from various sites) American recipes such as “Smores”

The draw for the free 1-1 coaching has never been mentioned since.

Anyway….to the point. I messaged him on Instagram asking when the draw would be happening for the 1-1 coaching for people who bought the App. Instantly I was blocked. Unable to message, unable to reply to stories or unable to go on his page!
I see a reviewer further down has had the same recent experience

All that was, was a ploy to get people to purchase his app with stolen recipes and pictures. It’s extremely dishonest and he is conning people out of hard earned money. How is he allowed to get away with it? It’s disgusting behaviour and I hope to god he gets cancelled.
He is a CON MAN!
