I had received a call as planned and Alicia answered every question with knowledge and understanding of my concerns. She was patient and very dedicated throughout the call.

Casey Sullivan provided superb service in getting me enrolled in a Medicare Supplement Plan G policy! I’ve been on SSDI with Medicare Advantage, and wasn’t sure how to time the switch over to Plan G (and Part D Rx plan) seamlessly (I turn 65 in April of next year). Casey answered all my questions, gave me recommendations based on my needs and preferences, and got my Plan G application submitted and approved, all while we were on the phone! (We’ll talk again next month to get my Part D plan and dental insurance plan set up for start on April 1, 2026.) I chose The Medicare Family because I have seen “Medicare Mama” Sylvia Gordon’s videos on Facebook and YouTube, and based on my own research into Medicare and Social Security, I knew that her information and advice is spot on! I’m glad that I reached out to The Medicare Family and Casey Sullivan!

I was very reluctant to go this route to get a new Medicare plan for 2026 since my plan was the one to cancel renewal for next year. I happened to get their agent Jordan Miller and I have to say, he was the best I have ever had in all my years of coverage Polite, knowledgeable, courteous and all the other things you always hope for in your search! If you want total coverage and just what you are looking for call Jordan. Besides, he is not my relative or ever heard of him before!
