Last year, I had a frustrating experience with a different Medicare group. I requested assistance for switching back to regular Medicare. The agent said it was impossible. She was not helpful and I gave up feeling disappointed and stuck.

My agent, Mike Locke did a great job explaining the ins and outs of Medicare. I have a clear understanding of not only what will be covered, but how it will be covered and what my cost will be moving forward in 2026 when I actually get on Medicare. I have some options to consider and look forward to finalizing my Medicare and supplemental plans with Mike. I highly recommend them.

I work online all day and kinda thought I could figure out how to apply for Medicare myself. After a while I realized nothing can be as complicated as Medicare unless it’s intentional. Thank goodness for the Medicare Family and Sylvia’s posts. I of course waited until the last moment before my deadline was up and made an appointment. Alex Mellinger is my agent who helped me figure out Medicare, and company benefits for me and my husband since I’m not retiring. Alex was great at making everything understandable. He answered my questions and did the application for Part G. I never looked forward to going on Medicare but Alex made it a lot easier. Thank you!😊
