Absolutely fuming! Just received my 3 shirts on sale for £90 literally made of paper! Edited my review 24hrs later. After this review I sent same message to the tracking SHOP app, and within 10hrs had full refund💪👍

Very very bad quality clothing and literally took 4 weeks to arrive.......has anyone successfully received a refund or successfully returned any items?

Less than one star

The service is horrible. The delays are excessive and when the item did arrive it was not as advertised or a suitable size. Poor quality items and service. When I tried to return for a refund there was no UK return address so had to pay for return to EU and then no refund and company stopped responding to me. Been in dispute for months with no resolution.

Terrible so far. Ordered items 3 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. Their positioning as a UK company is also disingenuous as they are Chinese-based and appear to be living up to the worst of the stereotyped standards of online retailers based there. Mea culpa for not properly checking them out in advance but I strongly advise others not to shop with them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute scam. Not in UK. From China. My order took over 4 weeks to arrive. When I did receive it (£100) worth of goods, they were very poor quality fit dreadfully and the boots were 2 sizes too small. Over 2 weeks I asked for a refund, offering me 20% 30% back. But I instantly asked for a full refund. I was given an address in the Netherlands to return the items at my own expense (£15). They then did not collect the item and was returned back to me. Now they are ignoring my emails. Now I'm over £115 out of pocket with some dreadful clothes. Absolute thieves.

This company is fraudulent. A winter jacket ordered size 3XL before Christmas was 3 sizes too small and I asked for a refund. Was offered 20% and to keep the item, then offered 40% and as I still refused finally got an address to return it to the Netherlands at my own expense. My tracked item is now stuck at the destination customs and I got an email from the Mens Room telling my I have to pay shipping costs. No details of how much and who to pay it to. That was on 25th January. I have emailed them now 5 times and not heard any more. I believe I will not get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY WITH A SCAM ADDRESS IN THE NETHERLANDS. I have also reported them to Trading Standards.

This company is a scam! IT IS NOT A UK COMPANY BIT A CHINESE SCAMMING SITE! Items labelled as premium are the absolutely worst quality possible.in addition, abysmal customer service and delayed shipping with poor communication. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!!!

Yup, I also bought a Large jacket thinking they were UK-based but realised they were based in China... I still had an ounce of hope but the long delivery dampened those hopes, long story short my long arms poked out those short sleeves. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - THIS IS A SCAM

Asked them to cancel and they never did and when i was asked to return they never refunded me dont buy from THE MENS ROOM UK they are useless and con people

Dreadful. I wish I have checked these reviews before ordering. Took ages to arrive and honestly the quality is not something inspired use for my dog.

Ordered a jacket. When I went to track it I found out it is coming from China so over a month for delivery. Email them to ask them to cancel and refund. Got no response. Jacket finally arrived and even though I ordered a size bigger than myself the jacket is too small. Have emailed again and waiting for a response. Really bad service from this company. How are they still in business?

Same as others here ordered a coat turned up 3-4 weeks later and was just rubbish bad stitching cheap material wrong size wrong everything this company is a total scam and they should be ashamed. Do not buy from them you will be sorry

My order of a coat finally arrived today after over 4 weeks. We used the size guide before ordering. The coat that arrived was of shocking quality and totally the wrong size it wouldn’t fit my 9 year old grandson let alone my husband.
Will write this one off to experience, you get what you pay for.
Don’t use this site if you want quality, nothing at all like the pictures.

Just crap. Charged 3x money for utgent delivery but almost 20 days now still waiting for delivery. Bullshit.

I placed an order for a man's long coat on the 7th of December expecting that as a "UK company", they would deliver within a week in time for using the coat to a Christmas party. However, once I realised the shipment was coming from China, I asked for a cancellation of my order and a few days later got the following in an email, "I am pleased to provide you with the tracking information for your order# 13984...... However, you can always return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. If you need help with the return process, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you"
When the item finally arrived on the 27th of December, it was the most annoying piece of packaging containing a child's cheap and flimsy coat squeezed into a plastic bag, nothing like the long men's long coat shown online for £69!. Hoping that there was an error in their logistics, I reached out to TheMensRoom UK on the promise of a full refund they had made earlier, I was then offered 20% refund which I refused, then 30%....the same M-O as experienced by other reviewers here. However, they imposed a condition that only if I paid to return the item to them would they make a full refund. I sent the item for return on the 10th of Jan 2025, I was given a return address in the Netherland, without any real contact name, personal email or phone number. FedEx have since written back that they need more details, all of this correspondence I share with TheMensRoom UK. I've chased up the refund by email to no avail. I know I've been played and hoping they will read this and make my full refund as I'd been further out of pocket with the £19 shipping fee to return the piece of baby coat by FedEx.

Exactly the same as others have said. Bought a couple tops for £53 which took over a month to arriv because they were actually coming from China. When they did arrive the tops were dreadful quality so I contacted them to organise a return. Over the course of 2 weeks, they offered a 20%, 30% and 40% refund, but I insisted on a full refund and return. They eventually gave me a return address which was in the Netherlands. I spent £15 for postage which they said they wouldn’t be refunding. The parcel was delivered to the return address PO Box but they never collected it. The parcel was eventually returned back to me. I’m now £68 out of pocket.
