Scam company. no tech support rubbish materials , not real address in Europe. Purchases never arrived

Been waiting 5 weeks for an order that still hasn't been picked up by the courier. No reply to emails, wish I'd read the reviews prior to making my order.

What a scam. Didn’t realise company want in UK. Despite agreed shipping time clothes arrived a week too late for Xmas. Tried to return. Eventually they offered 20% of the value to not return. I asked for a refund as per their policy. Paid £10 to send back signed and tracked to the address they gave me in Netherlands. Eventually gets returned to me in UK saying address not known - looks like attempted twice to find delivery address before sending back to UK. Little response from the company.

Absolutely terrible service and very poor quality products.
Bought a large coat as a Xmas present for my dad. It arrived and said it was an XL but actually fitted me and I'm a size 8 female. It was tiny. Spent over a month trying to get a refund.
The coat itself is such poor quality that the first time I tried to do the zip up it broke.

Bought a rollneck jumper, waited 4 weeks for delivery and after 6 unanswered emails, finally arrived - again as described by a fellow reviewer - Absolute Garbage" - Knitted in some cheap polyester type yarn, not Merino wool, as advertised.
-Shapeless, very poor lumpy stitching
- Dirty and full of white fluff
- Evidence that labels had been deliberately cut out, no size, make or washing instructions.
I would be embarrassed to donate this garbage to charity.
No real returns policy, no address, return at your expense !!!
Got in touch with my card provider, who immediately refunded me the cost.
Stay well clear of this fraudulent site !!! You have been warned !!!

Like all the other reviews this company (if you can call them that) are thieves and scammers. Stupidly I let my guard down ordering through the for a £50 item. It arrived marking no reference to what was ordered online. Delivery time was nearly 3 weeks so it’s being made to order in either china or Vietnam. No tags, labels or anything you would expect with clothing and poor quality. Trading standards should be shutting them down. When you request a return they then offer you to keep the product & they will refund 20% & then 30% of the cost. Why anyone would want that!! Eventually they give you a return address in the Netherlands (I’m sure it’s fake) advise it’s at your expense and you should have tracking (cost to send to Holland around £15) and provide you no information for customs. This needs escalating to the highest level to ensure these criminals are stopped from stealing innocent people’s money

My experience is sadly the same (and I would also give minus 10 starts if I could!) Ordered a men’s jacket in November for Christmas, didn’t arrive til January. Very poor quality item, requested a refund.. offered varying amounts of partial refund which I refused and stuck to my guns requesting full refund. I followed their instructions to return the item with tracking (which cost me £17.25!) a month later the package has been returned to me with a label saying the item was “refused” at the address. I am now £80 worse off with the postage as well! Their communication is so poor and slow I’m not hopeful of getting anything back as it seems no one has been successful with a refund. Isn’t there anything we can do??? Every review gives a similar experience!

awful company , paid £40 for a christmas gift gor my husband .arrived after christmas so no longer needed , after many emails they finally agreed to a refund if I sent it back at my own cost . I sent it back to the netherlands at a cost of £15 ! no refund or any emails confirming return ,jumper returned today ,delivery refused .So I now have a jumper not required and poor quality that cost £40 plus £15 spent on returning it .So £55 down , poor quality jumper and lots of time wasted chasing them up . Thieves with no shame .

Ordered 2 items which took a month to come. When the items came they were nothing like what I’d ordered so I sent a return away following the steps I was given, I’ve received no money back and they aren’t answering my emails.

My partner was sucked in by an advert that kept popping up on his news feeds. He liked the look of several sweaters and promptly ordered one. The site offered a discount if he ordered another, so he did!
We waited patiently, for a month, nothing. We had all but given up on them arriving,( the tracking wasn't working), when surprisingly, they did!
Well, what arrived did not remotely resemble what we ordered! They were cheap, shiny, dull and shapeless! I suppose seeing other reviews we should feel honored that something arrived, but honestly, I don't think even the charity shop will take them without some sort of bribe!
I did email the company to request a return, as it's stated in their email this was an option if not fully delighted. But after several days, there is still no reply! And I don't expect one!
Avoid at all costs.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star as it is incompetent beyond all belief. I ordered a piece of clothing that took 4 weeks to arrive. It looked nothing like in the advert and was of cheap quality. Now the company refuses to answer my emails regarding how I return the item. Never buy from this company.

*SCAMMERS* Please don't buy anything from this scam company. They are degenerate criminals who will take your money and either send nothing or an item which you didn't order. They then reject your return which you have to pay for leaving you further out of pocket. Trading Standards have been notified and hopefully this website will be closed down.

Horrible company, rip off , do not help, sent jacket back far to small, jacket paid for return paid for customs holding unit I pay not even sure how and no help from men’s room PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Utter Shite

As with others, we ordered a couple of items from here. What arrived was of poor quality, and many sizes too small. A trail of emails over some weeks offered us increasing amounts of % refund to keep the items which we refused as the items were useless to us, and eventually we returned the items to their address in NL at our expense for a full refund. About a month later we received the package back as "refused" (no other explanations). The address used appears to be rented office space. I doubt there will ever be a refund. I doubt we would have got our % back if we had accepted the offers. We are now trying to get a refund through the credit card company.

EDIT: They have now got back to me again - two weeks after I have raised it with my credit card company and sent them all of the details. No explanation as to why the parcel was rejected, and offered me 20% refund to keep them (which would just about cover the lost cost of the initial postage to NL), or to return them at my own expense, this time to the Manufacturers address in China. I will not be spending any more money on this, so unless they pay for the return the matter stays with my credit card company.

I can’t even rate a 1 star the item finally arrived 8 weeks later and didn’t fit we arranged for me to return at the cost of £14 and I was expecting return cost back to about 4 weeks later the item turned back up at my address they won’t answer my emails and now I am well out of pocket the coat was £54 and wat with the postage on top I’m so annoyed do not purchase from this website site a major warning don’t buy from the me s room web site

Took 2 weeks to arrive and never answered my email question about delivery time.

One of the pairs of gloves I ordered doesn't look anything like the picture on the website and the strip of "leather" (fake) has already started to disintegrate.

Website looks like it's based in the UK but it's all in China (only found out when I was able to track the order through the Shop app).

Avoid completely.

Same as experience as any e else. Ordered a wool blazer and I had to laugh at the “jacket” that turned up.

I’m £70 out of pocket and despite several contacts to arrange a refund, I am yet to receive a response.

My fault for not checking the company out, but it is an absolute scam so please make sure you do not order anything from this website
