A year later and still waiting
A year later and still waiting. Pre-order was suppose to ship last year and still have not received it. They are just blaming it on delays and keep pushing the estimated shipping day back a month at a time. As of now you can just get this POP for cheaper then what the pre-order was for. Customer service wants to charge me 15% to cancel.
Wide variety of products at reasonable prices
Good prices, although sometimes some presales take a long time to be delivered, if you contact the team they respond and give you a delivery estimate, and you always get your product.
I will definitely continue shopping with them.

Easy to order and were very responsive when I asked for updates about my pre-order. Shipping was great and item arrived in mint condition.
Terrible experience with Customer Service
Terrible experience with customer service. Emailed about status of order and depending on the status just to cancel but I got no status just a partial shipment and cancelation notice. When I emailed that that wasn't what I asked for and that they only gave me a partial refund as well, Julio was not helpful and just gave excuses and then said can give the rest of the refund as a gift card. I disputed that response but said if that was the only was I would take it and replace the order but should not have to pay for shipping yet again. I got no response and he just stated the request was closed and if I need help to reach out again. I submitted multiple requests to speak with a supervisor but got nothing. Worst customer experience and company to do business with.

Can respond to an email within a reasonable amount of time, but not provide status updates on preordered items 🤷🏻♂️
Lack of communication
Lack of communication. Sent emails that never got answered for weeks till they finally got answered a week before I got the product. Product finally showed up in good condition.

This company likes to steal clients money and hold on to orders. They are not trusty and you should not risk doing business with them. It has take them over a year, to deliver an item that they no longer have and after I emailed them to let them know wanted a refund more than 11 times in the past year, and let them know that I had changed my bank account info because I no longer have the same account( that’s how long it’s been) the only thing they said was they refunded to original payment lol. I explained again and they offered me a gift card as if I would want to spend more money or time with them. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from Mighty Hobby
Pre order policy is joke..
Took them more than 3 months to fulfill my preorder so i cancelled. All of a sudden they told me they have a shipment ready. I still continued to cancel my pre-order and they took 25% INCLUDING THE SHIPPING COSTS to Europe. I would've understood if the 25% was based on the item value but to take it of the shipping cost too that doesn't even make sense 🙄
