I've noticed there only good review thinks they installed a drive way says it all. My experience of using this app was a nightmare and now once again I'm lumped with it.

1600 miles of personal no business miles !!
Given crappy phone by work which wouldnt work the app correctly(not tmc's fault) upgraded to a better phone , followed instructions on how to swap phones. upshot all my months miles have gone in personal use, contacted tmc told id have to upload all trips manually and claim back any personal miles , told them i only do business miles but tough they dont care

You do not answer your phone calls, we just wait and wait, tried another day and received a message (sorry calls cannot be taken at present then cut off, you do not answer all of the on-line chats fully and sometimes not at all, just registered a compliant with my company, inclusive of a folder of chats and other info, never had such a poor response from a company.

Time wasting and poor service
Simply the most cumbersome, time wasting interface to claim back business miles. It just doesn’t work.
Recently changed to electric and cannot upload bills correctly, spend loads of time on chat as account locked. Then receive texts saying I need to claim my miles!!! They do not have an ‘other’ selection in static data fields so you cannot continue… eeeurrghh
Just so poor - avoid and if you use them then seek an alternative provider.

Bad T.M.C. Employee.
I was walking on the sidewalk and through one of the entrance's when a big truck came barrelling through the entrance nearly striking me. I had to jump out of the way in order to avoid being ran over. Later after talking with the driver and T. M. C. employee and getting nowhere, I discovered the drivers name and filed a complaint with customer relations.
They will NOT reprogram your TMC box…
They will NOT reprogram your TMC box once it gets past a certain age, even if the vehicle is the same manufacture, model and engine size. They even refused to tell me if it was compatible with the follow on model which again was the same engine size and spec as the earlier model.
Purely because they want to sell me a NEW TMC box.
Beware & ask how long their commitment is to the product they're selling!
I'll never buy a TMC produst again!

My employer decided it is only way to... not to pay my mileage and looks like you helping in this crime. I spent hours on calls with you, every each time I was informed by representing you officer than problem is solved - never had been..... I am still trying to close my mileage (problem sorted number of times). Now directed to web, not apps - answer in system is you are not existing. It is not normal, it is organized scam.

I literally hate this company. They take and age to get back to you with a query. The online chat is a waste of time. To get a phone call from a child challenging on my PPM!! I didn’t have a clue what he was taking about. If he had half a brain cell or any actually skills for the role, he would figure out in a global pandemic we are only making local journeys and so will never get the MPG expected by HMRC. There is so option for feedback like a net promoter survey. They treat you like you are guilty until proven innocent. I’m summary, rude, stupid and don’t admit to errors. Their data is also highly questionable.

in theory good, in practice not so good
The service generally has been good, until you face a problem. My one was something simple that should have been sorted in an afternoon.Instead, a series of emails and phone calls and still nothing - promised it will be sorted- I explained the reason of it's importance - same excuse as before. How could you recommend a company to others who cannot sort out simple problems?

Useless constantly telling me millage has been inputted wrong and being charged by my company due to their stupidity and don't reply to emails and phone line is a chargeable stay away unless you have money to burn
