Thank you Themis Team

I have taken their services for the Global Talent Visa Endorsement in arts and culture. They have proved their promise and provided me with end-to-end assistance. Their representatives are also very polite and helpful.

Fraud Company with fake promises

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by Themis technologies regarding the UK Global Talent Visa process.

From the beginning, their representative gave me false assurances — claiming I was fully eligible and that the visa process would be handled smoothly. Even after I clearly explained my simple job profile, she confidently told me I would get the visa. These promises turned out to be completely misleading.

After that I paid £5000 to them and I get refused 3 times and appeal also. They are just misleading the people and getting money from them even if a person is not eligible.

Don’t trust them. They assigned a new person in every application.

Don’t give your file in wrong hands. Stay away from them otherwise you’ll loose money like me.

My experCharged £6,000 With False Promises — Rejected 4 Timesience with Themis Technologies… Misrepresentation and Zero Results After £6,000

My experience with Themis Technologies has been very disappointing. I paid almost £6,000 for their Global Talent Visa support after being assured I was “100% eligible” and had a strong chance of success.

Despite following their guidance, my application was rejected four times, including the review appeal. Each time, I received no clear explanation of what was submitted or why it failed the Tech Nation criteria. Communication weakened over time, and after the last rejection, the team stopped responding to my emails.

I invested an entire year and my savings trusting their expertise, yet the service did not match the promises made in the beginning. There was no accountability, no transparent breakdown of mistakes, and no proper guidance to avoid repeated failures.

I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending a large amount of money on this service.

Disappointing Experience

I engaged Themis Technologies Ltd. for assistance with my UK Global Talent Visa application and paid £4,000 in professional fees.

I submitted my documents in March 2025 and was initially informed that the process would take approximately 3–4 months. However, my application was submitted much later than expected, and ultimately it was rejected.

On their recommendation, I also incorporated a company in India at additional cost, which I was told would strengthen my application. In my experience, this did not result in any positive outcome.

After the rejection, I sought clarification and requested a refund, including through a formal legal notice. I did not receive a response to that notice.

Based on my personal experience, I found the service to lack transparency regarding timelines and expectations. I would advise prospective clients to carefully review all terms and assess risks before proceeding.

Reply from XYZ Information

We are sorry to hear that the reviewer is unhappy with the outcome of their Global Talent Visa Endorsement application. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and fairness.

Our service is an expert-led advisory service, not a guaranteed endorsement or fast-track process. This was clearly explained before engagement and is also stated in the signed agreement. All timelines shared were estimated, as progress depends on the quality of evidence, timely responses, and mutual cooperation.

During the process, our team provided repeated professional guidance and recommendations. However, the client expressed a strong preference for an immediate result and was not open to following expert advice or making the revisions suggested. The client also stated that their instructions should be followed exactly as given, rather than through a collaborative strategy, which limited how effectively we could support the application.

The suggestion to incorporate a company in India was shared as one possible strategic option, not a requirement or a guarantee of success. The final decision to proceed was made by the client.

We strongly disagree with claims of fraud, false promises, or abandonment. Global Talent Visa endorsement decisions are made entirely by the endorsing body, the Home Office, and no consultant can guarantee an outcome.

We genuinely wish them well. We remain open to addressing concerns through appropriate and constructive communication.

Worst service they are good for…

Worst service they are good for nothing. They charged a lot of money 6000 GBP does showing all fake proofs for the visa application.
I strongly recommend stay away from Themis.

They call themselves as experts but they are not experts they good fake proofs creator where assessors can easily identify.

Waste of money and time.

If you are ready to fake your documents…

If you are ready to fake your documents to get a Global Talent Visa, they might be able to help you with that…
I couldn’t do it (specially to myself) hence had to part ways from them mid way, after paying 2000GBP.
I didn’t asked for refund as i know it wasn’t even worth a try.

If you are capable of Global talent VISA go to the website read it through and you can do it yourself. You don’t need there support at all.

Themis Technologies Ltd - very bad company

Very bad company. Fake promises. My cousin paid 4000 pounds for the UK Global Talent visa endorsement to this company. Until he paid the money they were kind and polite and after the payment they started behaving rudely and stopped responding. All they do is use AI tools to create documentation and copy paste it and they can't even do that copy pasting properly. Another fake company who wants to steal your money by initially showing you the moon light and making you lick the ground later on.
