They say that Vodafone engaged them to recover debt owed to Vodafone. I stopped using their broadband months ago. A number of emails and letters have been received. Tried phoning, web chat and even visited Vodafone store to tell them I stopped using their broadband months ago and cancelled the direct debit after several unsuccessful attempts asking Vodafone. Themis Recoveries have ignored every email reply explaining this. They now say a default will be registered on my credit file.
Pretty much hounded me from the start! Had a small debit with EDF which I didn't owe. They passed it onto Themis Global and I am now getting them emailing me without my permission!
