I ordered a Marty Supreme jacket. Sure, shipping to Germany takes a while. The jacket was shipped from Pakistan. My first impression of the jacket was okay, but after two days, the appliqués started coming off! I contacted customer service; they asked for photos, and then I never heard back. No one is responding to my emails anymore!

Please never order from this website. I have been waiting for my tracksuits for two months. The only response you get is that the shipment will be sent soon. After that, you don’t hear anything again for another two weeks. It’s very disappointing to treat people this way.

Ordered the Kevin Hart leather jacket from The Movie Fashion website for my husband for Christmas. Paid $139.00 for the jacket itself + $39.99 for expedited (3-6 days) shipping…totaling $178.99. I received a detailed confirmation email after placing the order, but that is the extent of what I’ve received from them. I’m thoroughly disgusted with the whole thing. How people can conduct themselves this way and remain in business is beyond me. It is now January 7, 2026. I’ve sent 4 emails requesting an order update, but have heard nothing back in return. My next step will be to dispute the charge on my credit card. Stay away from The Movie Fashion.

Where to begin. A waste of money. I initially accidentally ordered the wrong size. I sent three emails and got no response. Then after two weeks i received an email saying that i needed to pay an additional shipping charge on top of the initial shipping cost. I messaged them back saying I would not pay any more shipping costs, because they were already paid.
So, I just received my order. It is not even correct. I did not receive what I ordered. The jacket i ordered had a vest and jacket underneath. I only received the vest & no one has responded to my emails. My biggest mistake in recent times has been ordering anything from this site. If you like wasting your money, then I highly recommend them, if not, avoid this “business” at all costs. I know I won’t be buying anything from this site ever again & unfortunately, zero stars wasn’t an option.

No contact after they get your money. I ordered, and paid in full, for the item on October 11, 2025. Information and tracking was promised as soon as the "item is shipped". I've made three separate attempts to get an update. There has not been any contact since the transaction was completed. They didn't have to ask repeatedly for the payment. I would suggest shopping elsewhere if you want a return on your investment.
Zero star wasn't an option. So I'll consider the single star for the polite emails I received confirming they received my payment, and their polite promise I would be advised when the item was to be shipped.

NEVER RECIEVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY JACKET I ORDERED. THEY SAY MY PASSWORD IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG WHEN ITS NOT AND I NEVER FORGET MY LOG IN CREDENTIALS. AND THEN THEY WONT SEND ME A RECOVERY EMAIL TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD WHEN I ASK THEM TO 1000000x TIMES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

I never received the coat I ordered & had to keep asking for tracking & then a credit because they wouldn't ship my coat very very poor experience.

My coat arrived and I love it!! It fits perfectly. Bought this on account of the pictures and reviews other man, it looked great on them and I must say it looks great on me as well! 😃I'm 5'2″ 115# sz small fit great, just enough room for a thicker sweater underneath.

The Lainey Wilson coat she wore at the New Years Eve Nashville bash that I ordered. It was truly a spitting image of her coat. I wear size medium and Bought a medium. Fits like a glove, matches the coat nicely made and lined. The description was spot on. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The customer service was excellent, and they would get back to me quickly if I had any questions.

I ordered from them on February 15, I wanted to cancel my order by PayPal because after a month no news, PayPal played the seller's game, the items arrived in April. The items supposedly from the United States arrived from Pakistan with more than mediocre quality, and again, PayPal refuses to reimburse me even though the seller never responded to me on his site. I find myself with clothes that will never be worn and in addition to the shipping costs, and the far too expensive price, customs fees are payable. Run away and keep your money, I lost $340 on a gift for my husband. That he will never have.

Very disappointing. I ordered a faux leather jacket and got a real leather jacket that was broken. I tried to send photos for months, but apparently they never arrived. The photos finally arrived via Instagram, but there was no response at all.

Received after 3 months a product looking totaly different , of very poor quality(I would not spend 10$ on that product , instead of 150 website price). After a month of messages, I received a 50% refound and appologies. Stay away in my opinion.

Product is very detailed and almost identical, -1 Star bcs the shipping took 2 weeks longer than estimated.

This website might be a SCAM. I've ordered a Tekken 8 Reina Jacket on their website around Dec 9, 2023. The website seemed straightforward (also did some research before placing my order to confirm that it seemed legit). Upon confirming my order, I have waited almost a month for my order, the website states that my order is still "processing," and the website claims that once the order has shipped, I will get a notification for tracking. Yet, my order has been "processing" since. Leaving me to conclude if the jacket I have ordered was not in stock but falsely advertised that it was, or the money spent was just gone in a snap.

Also, I have contacted their customer support twice, they responded that they will contact the concerned department and get back to me asap, but they have been quiet ever since.

I advise anyone to not use this website.

I ordered the famous cruella coat from this website for my halloween party, and im so happy with my purchase. Their measurements are accurate, and I got this coat in suitable fittings. Order arrival was a bit late but can be ignored because the quality was outclassed. Im so excited to wear this sassy coat on halloween.

I bought the Ryan Reynolds in Spirited jacket as a gift. The company's communication was great. The look and feel of the jacket was beyond what I expected!

This company is using stolen photos of their letterman jackets. Be careful, the final result may not look even close to what you expected.

I ordered this jacket the beginning of December as a Christmas gift and paid $15 for expedited shipping to ensure I would receive it in time. It was not shipped out in the time frame it was supposed to, so I reached out to the company and was told they would issue a receipt for a refund for my shipping cost. Never received that back. So, I luckily received my order the 23rd of December & the jacket was too small, despite going by the measurements given on the website. I contacted them and was told if I paid an additional $50, I would be sent an additional jacket in the XL size I needed and be able to keep the Large jacket that was too small instead of going through the process of an exchange. I paid the $50, received the new order a while after, and was sent a 2XL instead of an XL as requested. Now I have paid over $200 and have one jacket that is too small and one that is too big. I was emailed by Stacy wanting to know how my experience was, and I was polite in letting her know that I was not pleased and gave her the full story of my situation. She asked for pictures of the 2XL jacket that I received as the replacement, and I sent them immediately. She told me she would get back with me as soon as possible regarding my complaint. It has been over three weeks and I haven’t received another response from her or anyone else regarding my complaint. I reached out a couple of days ago asking if there were any updates. Still have not heard anything back and I seriously doubt that I will. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Amy Fleming Jacket from Heartland. From the time I ordered it till I received it, it has been a very pleasant experience. When my order was received Dana Brooks contacted me about the size I had ordered. I had ordered an XL and she wanted to know if I had looked at the size chart? I had not, I normally order a L and thought the XL would be fine, but after reviewing the chart I realized I needed a 2XL. I was glad she had brought that to my attention. I had emailed a few times about when the order would be sent and a reply came promptly. My jacket came, it fits perfectly, thanks to Dana. I absolutely love it. I reached out again because the washing instructions were confusing and as before Dana replied right away apologizing and giving me the correct information. I was so happy with the whole experience and the attention to detail.

Love the green suede jacket. I will definitely purchase another jacket.
