Wow! What a shop, I've been visiting this shop over the past few years and every single time I'm there, my family and I are treated with the utmost respect and are always made so welcome. Due to a recent nationwide shortage communicated to me by the movie shack of the final fantasy mtg deck, they have refunded me in full, disappointing but not there fault at all, great store and company great communication and no quibble refund
Pre-ordered a copy of a Final Fantasy Magic The Gathering Commander Deck over 3 months before release. They took the payment in full. A week before the release, they cancel the order.
As I pre-ordered so early, I got it at a very good price. But, I also understand that they're a small store and the set has seen unprecedented demand, meaning they likely got a lot less product than they anticipated. So I chalk it up to that, rather than them trying to resell at the new market value.
However, the reason for the lowest score possible, is that they didn't bother to inform me that they had cancelled my order, a week before release. They have also not immediately refunded my order. Meaning I'm not only not getting the product, I'm stuck waiting for my money, so I can't even try to find a replacement (which will be impossible without paying double).
