Commendable Service and Quality.
There were some hiccups along the way concerning refund and them wanting to refund it back as store credit instead of back to my original payment method, which was then sorted out, I commend their patience in sorting this out with me and also I did purchase another case hence to their great quality, so overall Murbel is a good company.
Still no cases..
No confirmation email. Ordered 4 for 2! Had emailed form Royal Mail to say on its way but nothing. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Emailed and messaged via facebook but no reply :( cannot find order number but money taken from bank. I emailed to say this is my email and address please could I have the tracking number so I can see where my order is. Gutted as I am really exited to get them
Sketchy
They claim that they ship worldwide, but Lithuania is excluded from the list of countries when you try to check out. Their customer service is non-existent as they don’t respond via email or on Instagram.

Pretty sure I've been scammed!
I ordered two phone cases a week ago. I still haven't received a confirmation text message or email. I cannot check on the status of my order as I wasn't sent confirmation and therefore i do not have my order number (which you need to sign in with for updates). There are two different email addresses on their website, only one works. Not that that matters as they haven't replied to my two emails, or the dm's via Facebook that I've sent. The money has left my bank account and I have a screenshot of my order, however I'm guessing I will not receive these cases. The whole site seems like a complete scam! I wish I had taken a look at these reviews first as I would have not bought with them.
Package wasn't delivered
Order was placed on 2 Feb haven't received it yet they didn't answer my email nor their direct message on instagram checked with the delivery company all they have is the label didn't receive the package i wouldn't recommend ordering i fear it's a scam not an actual business

Great quality
This was my first purchase from Murbel, and I was very pleased with the quality of the cover and the care taken with the shipping. Since it was an international shipment, it took a few days longer to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The quality is excellent for the price, and I think I'll buy more. The prints are beautiful, with bright colors.
Bad fitting and no costumer service
I have placed an order two armoured cases for my Samsung galaxy S24 plus.
They finally arrived on the 26th of February and as soon as I put them on my phone they put pressure on the minus volume button, this causes my phone to be on mute always and does not allow me to take screen shots.
I have tried to contact on their email and so far no reply.
Update: I have received ONE email from MURBEL requesting video proof on the 13th of March. I have replied to this email with the required video proof straight away. So far no reply, complete silence.

Phone doesn’t match photo on the site
I ordered murbel phone case and it doesn't even match with the photo on the site. Outer case is bit small for the camera and makes it look cheap while on the photo it nicely fits around the camera. The delivery is long and doesn’t show when exactly will it arrive. Totally not worth the money.

Still waiting on my orders - sent them multiple emails & DMs because the order tracking is so weird, like I thought it already dine with customs then it will say the next update “cannot be delivered” and now the tracking status is back in customs again. A prompt response and customer support would be greatly appreciated specially if you offer worldwide shipping. I already ordered on multiple shops that offers worldwide shipping This is my first time experiencing this kind of delay.

Poor Customer service
Customer service is terrible, they never even responded to my message back asking where why order was, felt very lazy. The only time they responded was to try and bribe me with taking this review down, offering me a 15% refund. Too little too late, a refund shouldn’t be conditional to taking down an honest review. Delivery takes ages if you are in the UK, this is stated in their website but I feel like it’s not stated clear enough and quality is sub par as the buttons hurt to press a bit. The designs are pretty I will give them that, but it’s just a shame about the experience of getting it. Clear customer service makes the world of difference and would of sorted this matter out.
