Haven't opened the packaged guitar yet, but all delivered on time and with care. Guitar is a present for 8 year old son for Christmas.

Bought this guitar on basis of their description of item Required guitar quickly to honour playing commitments. Arrived quickly. But guitar unplayable. Sharp fret ends, reverse bow neck, incorrect pickup height. Sorted what I could to make playable and used for gigs. would have returned immediately but needed to use item. Guitar has now been left with my guitar guy for full setup and fret dress which will cost me about half what the guitar cost me. First and last experience with this company.

I have docked one star for using Parcelforce, who were rubbish. Nothing you could do and perhaps my experience was uncommon. No doubt you monitor the service. Most importantly, my Grandson is delighted with the case.

Purchased a Montford Metronome on line, No qualms with the service / delivery, but very disappointed with the product, very light cheap plastic and mechanism. I was at least hoping for it to have a nice ornamental appearance sat on a piano, but think it'll live elsewhere.

The company is highly professional , offers great products and the staff is extremely cooperative and helpful. I Highly recommend it !

I found the guitar (Vintage VSA550 Dave Grohl replica) that I was looking for on-line at the Music Bank. I live in York which is not far from Knaresborough so I opted for click and collect. I ordered and paid for it at 11am and by 2pm I was on my way to pick it up. Excellent communication to confirm my order and advise me when it was ready to collect. Very friendly and helpful staff in the shop, showed me the guitar then plugged it in and let me hear it played( guy was a far far better player than I am so didn’t want to embarrass myself 😄) Boxed it back up and off I went!

Superb customer service.. There are very few music stores these days that you can actually walk into. I ordered online and picked up from store. Each part of the experience was excellent.

My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her guitar lessons. She gets on well with Mark, the tutor, and is making progress. If I ever need to contact The Music Bank, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The website drew me in and gave me time to explore the comprehensive range of quality guitars in store before I went in person. Pleased to say that the website is updated quickly and was I not disappointed! Had time to have a good look around without being jumped on by a sales person as soon as I walked in. However, assistance was readily on hand when requested and the knowledge and help received was a massive plus when deciding how to hand over my hard earned cash! No pressure and no rush to make a decision. After a quick turnaround for a complete setup my guitar was ready to collect. These guys are generous with their knowledge, passionate about what they do and you don't pay an overblown price. I have seen the guitar I bought at much higher prices elsewhere but you can't put a price on decent customer service....

We use the Music bank for most of our purchases as well as music lessons (guitar). Staff are knowledgeable, consistent, patient and friendly without being overbearing. They dont hover but you know where they are as soon as you need them. The shop itself is welcoming, well laid out and has a relaxed atmosphere. The music lessons are reliable, affordable and really elevate you to feel confident in your own abilities.

I had an issue with my bass guitar whilst working at Harrogate Convention Centre. I rang ahead and arrived at the shop 20 mins later. Within 15 minutes of arriving the guys had rewired the guitar and charged me a very reasonable price for the service. Couldn't fault them.

Friendly efficient staff and good music teachers. A real asset to Knaresborough.

I was made to feel comfortable and not out of my depth, especially as I am returning to music after 40+ years of not playing.
The lesson was very comfortable and at my pace.

Great service and swift delivery. Nice little practise amp ideal for some sessions on a sunday afternoon.

I purchased a hand built acoustic guitar from an up and coming luthier based in Scotland. The guitar needed a pickup system fitting along with various tweaks and overall setup.
Paul at TMBK was absolutely fab in his ability and knowledge to make the stages of getting it fettled, better than I expected. He was clear and fair in his overall estimate and also offered some great feedback for the luthier. I’m absolutely over the moon with the result. Thanks Paul and the team.
