Definitely would recommend

Definitely would recommend, amazing prices for a quality product, even came with the exact customisation request I asked for no additional cost, only downside is that shipping may take a while, although it has never failed to arrive for me or my friends!

Boots are great

I ordered a pair of football boots a week before Christmas, I did worry as I wasn’t given a tracking number when I requested one, all they kept saying was they have been sent with no other information.
I then thought this was a scam site after reading the reviews. I finally got an email with a tracking number and we’ve just received the boots, they are really good boots and we are really pleased with them.

Even 1 star is generous

Even 1 star is generous. Avoid this company at all cost their customer service is terrible. I ordered some football boots for my son and was sent the incorrect size to those ordered. The only way to contact them is by email. I first emailed over 4 weeks and several times inbetween to ask for the correct size to be sent and provide details on how to return the incorrect sized boots. Most emails ignored and when finally received a response they have said to return the boots it will cost £40 as they don't have a UK address. Their website is vague as there is no telephone number or address. In hindsight I should have probably done a bit more research on this company before buying however it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Efficient company

Very efficient from the moment of order being made to being received. Although I felt a delay in delivery in reality December and Christmas delivery was good. Delivered to Belfast took approximate 2 weeks, with the final delay caused by local Royal Mail delivered to wrong address. All good in the end. One happy 11year old Christmas morning receiving his Adidas Predator Freak boots. All my emails were answered personally and quickly. Definitely can recommend from own experience.

Diabolical Customer Service

Still not received (3 x kits) which I ordered on the 11.12.2024 for a xmas present. Still not arrived as of today 30.12.2024 told it was despatched two weeks ago, then only told yesyerday that one of the items was no longer available, but only told that on 29.12.24 when apparently I'd been told it had been despatched on 23.12.24. Funny when they had previously said it had been despatched 2 weeks earlier. Asked fir a Refund but they said I had to choose a new shirt as one of my choices was put of stock. When I ordered, all 3 x kits were in Stock. I NOW just want a FULL REFUND as it's too late for a xmas present. And to be asked, yesterday 29.12 24 for me to choose another shirt option is ridiculous. When I was informed it had already been despatched 2 weeks earlier????? Someone at NewKits needs to get their facts right. I can't phone anyone to get a refund as the only way to communicate with NewKits is email only.

Prompt customer service

Placed my order on Black Friday and although the order arrived a bit later the quality was good

One of the orders was wrong but was quickly rectified and a replacement item is to be sent. Would purchase again

SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Avoid buying from them at all costs as they will scam you for your money. Just look at the other reviews below! I ordered a shirt at the end of November and received NO UPDATES until I chased and chased them and threatened to report them and they finally sent a tracking number… fishy! The tracking number was for Royal Mail but they hadnt actually received the parcel, this company just told them they hadnt actually sent it when they hadnt. I had asked for a refund so many times and they kept ignoring me just telling me ‘this isnt a scam, you will receive your parcel’… Ive still not received it a month later and the tracking hasnt moved at all. Ive given up with them and reported them and alerted my bank to get my money back. Honestly dont waste your time. Also, any replies they give on these reviews are very AI generated, and every now and then there will be 2 or 3 ‘good’ reviews to clean the page… ignore as these are fake.

AMAZINGLY AWFUL COMPANY (Scam)

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY

This company is awful, and is probably a scam. I ordered my kit around a month ago and they recently just sent me a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER THAT DOESN'T WORK. All these positive reviews are probably just them because ain't no way these guys are legit.

Of course, I am willing to take all of this back if I see the package on my front door.

Might be fake, 3 weeks and still no news

Order placed on December 6th, still no information about it. I wrote the costumer service on the 17th, told me the order was shipped but the carrier didn't give them any track code; lying to your costumers like this isn't acceptable. Today is Christmas' eve and I still don't have any update.

Not received my order

Ordered a shirt for my son on 8th December, emailed them last week as I hadn't received confirmation of despatch or tracking number and was assured it had already been despatched. Finally got a tracking number email yesterday and the status at Royal Mail says they haven't even received it yet. Disappointed child incoming on Christmas Day. Thanks thenewkits for that.

Edit: the response below is untrue, no tracking was received until 23rd Dec and Royal Mail are yet to receive the item. Why say that?

After more than 3 weeks still nothing.
If you send them and email, you get an automatic reply by AI. After the second email they give you a tracking number of a package that hasn’t been sent yet. Horrible! Do not order here.
