I have contacted them numerous times, I placed my order on 3rd Dec, got notification it was shipped on 16th, emailed on 23rd to ask if it would be here before Christmas (it was a gift for my 13yr old niece), they didn’t reply until the 3rd Jan when they send me another tracking number which still hasn’t been updated since. I have emailed them six times since and asked them to refund me and no one has responded. Absolute charlatans! They are thieves and liars!

I purchased a pair of football boots in mid November 2024. They arrived half way through December. On arrival they were a different size to what I ordered. I emailed them promptly because they were for our football obsessed daughter for Xmas. New kits agreed immediately they had sent the wrong size and then over a 2 week period, making sure xmas was imminent they said they ‘would’ send the returns address. I chased 6 times. Eventually after threatening them with a formal complaint, they offered the returns address. This was around 1st week/2nd week of Dec (I’m being generous) . They then went on to say that I (yes me) would be responsible for returning them at a cost of £40! It was also suggested by them that customs may ‘hold up’ my return so I might not get the replacement in time for xmas. I paid £130 approx for the boot and they wanted £40: more for me to return them.. They then told me if I would prefer it, they would offer me a ‘reduced’ pair of right size in early Jan because of course customs would likely delay my daughter’s gift. Nothing received of course. My daughter plays a lot of football and I could have referred around 100 girls to this company, but after this service, I’m telling them all how this company behave. Don’t waste your money. They are scammers and I’m thinking of reporting this business under the UK Consumer Rights act. Not ok

For me it is one of the best instagram website for football shoes. I have ordered one pair and now I ordered another one. The prices are good for elite shoes and the quality is also amazing.
The only bad thing is that the shoes were getting damaged, better sayed the sole gone off of the shoe but this was a long time after I wore them so it’s not a big problem. The second shoes I ordered were in the wrong size and I hope I get new ones. Overall the Quality is good.

I rate the product quality 4 stars. The whole kit, including the shorts, shirt, and socks, exceeds expectations, especially given the affordable price. However, the after-sales service and contact center are the worst I’ve ever encountered. If you don’t run into any shipping issues (mine was 1 month), this is a great option for buying jerseys.

I accidently ordered two shirts and asked for a refund for one which I got. The other had not arrived after four weeks so I contacted them to ask where it was they referred me to the refund. I asked them to check again as this was not a full refund. They have now chosen to ignore my emails. Judge for yourself if they are solvent enough to trust with your hard earned cash. Can't think of any other reason they would want to hold onto my £29.99.

Honestly bordering on a scam company—if you want a football shirt, please go elsewhere. Even if you don't mind waiting weeks or months for your product, you'll take issue with the straight-up lies about your order status. Weeks late, I was assured my order had been dispatched and only when I politely said I was going to be charging back with my bank because I had sent 4 requests of cancellation, suddenly they replied saying yep, it's being dispatched today. Actually, they dispatched it two weeks later. Unfortunately, I no longer have use for it because of the late arrival.

I'm emailing and emailing so I can send their product back for a refund and if I get a response at all, it's a mess of words that don't even relate to what I'm asking. In reply to my third email stating I want to return their shirt, they said:

'Hello;

Your order is in transit;'

How they're in business baffles me. For the sake of your money, avoid.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 6 shirts mid November 2024 for Christmas. Still not arrived by 11th Jan 2025. Repeatedly chasing the company for info, but no help given at all. Absolutely awful experience and doesn't look like it will get resolved.

I ordered a shirt on 1 Nov 2024, which took 4 weeks to be shipped to the UK. When it did finally arrive, it had the wrong number printed on it and the quality is mediocre at best. On 28 Nov, I received a brusque reply from customer service that I would be sent a replacement, but as of 11 Jan 2025 and several unanswered emails later, I'm yet to receive a thing. Frustrating, unprofessional and utterly unacceptable service. Steer well clear of this site.

I ordered the iconic Atletico Mineiro 2021 shirt with the brazilian map. It came in a plastic bag with chinese letters.
The shirt is sponsored by Le Coq, but the tag is from "Sport Performance" and the tag had english spelling mistakes on it. Judge by yourself 😉

HOWEVER the quality is 4.5 out of 5. This is such a well made replica. I would rather order these without sponsors than the real ones, a lot of them are niche and looks cool as hell. Only downside is the price, 35 GBP for a replica is a bit steep.
