Great customer service
I bought two but they combined the packaging for them so that both scrolls were wrapped together with no parchment in between. One of the scrolls had a scratch and dent. The other is fine. Please package scrolls separately.
EDIT: The Night Sky reached out to solve my issue. Im happy with the outcome and appreciate the responsiveness and leniency of the team. I recommend their posters and will buy again in future.

I purchased “The Night Sky” for a really special moment in my life. I was nervous about how it would turn out as this was a gift for my Fiance. For reference, I purchased without a frame and the image I choose was a black backround with gold text.
Using the website was easy. The prompts were clear and the image delivered exactly like it looked in the “proof” they gave while ordering.
When it showed up I was elated because it was perfect! My Fiance loved it so much, we framed it and he has it hung in his office. I would highly recommend this site for capturing any and all special occasions in “The Night Sky”.

I purchased a photo and a medallion necklace. The photo is great. The necklace is nice but disappointing due to size if medallion. Really too small to read. It could be 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 inches diameter and would make a difference, I think. The items are very sentimental and I do love them.

We had ours made with the date our adult daughter passed away. We chose her favorite place on earth as the place for the stars. We used a little poem another of our daughter's wrote. It is absolutely beautiful.

Now he has at least that little piece of his lost home forever.

This was a baby gift
This was a baby gift. The new parents loved it. I was able to add their baby's name, birth date, and constelations. The canvas chart was beautifully done. From my end, I the website worked well. I appreciated being able to look at each option as I built their chart. I would like to see a gift option where you could note who the gift was from and maybe add a card. The recipients were left guessing who had sent this gift.
