Beautiful craftsmen ship. Was still sent out and delivered in time even though Perth went into a complete lock down. Lovely service all around! I know my partner will absolutely love this little gift.

I ordered a note cube about a month ago and still have not received my package. The notecube team was kind enough to reach out to me-same day, regarding my concern. Unfortunately the item was lost on USPS’s part. They have sent another one to me with no hassle! I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to get your loved ones something special!! I ordered one of these for one of my sons in November, anticipating delivery by Christmas. After enquiries as to why it had not been completed, it was established that I had not finally submitted my order. My notecube was generated, posted and delivered within four days. I just wanted to say a ‘huge’ thank you for being so kind as to re-send my notecubes for my mum and dad that sadly went astray before Christmas. I am delighted to say they have now arrived safely and I’m so happy. It’s been a difficult few months and receiving these beautiful little boxes today actually brought a tear of joy to my eye. I know how much they are going to mean to my parents and can’t wait to see their faces when they open them.

I am so impressed with the folks at Note Cube, the notecubes I received for my best friend and one for my Grandad brought them both to tears, they are just so special. I think they have started something which this world really needs, instead of spending money on materialistic things, just make sure people know they are loved and why you love them. I think that is even more important in these hard times. I also contacted them for some help knowing when they would arrive and they were so quick to respond, it shows they really do care about customer’s concerns.
