I just popped in on the off chance to arrange an appointment and was told that I could see someone straight away. The last client was just leaving the office, so I was able to rearrange my finances by a very competent member of your staff.

Excellent customer service
The member of staff at the Belper branch, who opened my account was friendly and professional. He took me through the various options, but also listened to how I was going to use the account. He made the process quick and uncomplicated and I left with my pass book inside about twenty minutes. It's great to still get this kind of personal service.

I spoke with Anthony last week and again this morning, and on both occasions he was exceptionally helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and ensured I fully understood the process at every stage.
What impressed me most was Anthony's genuine willingness to help.
