I bought the buy one get one free and i come out of the subscription.i order some again but didn't go in the subscription thinking that was it till i woke up and they took out £39.99 out of my bank when i’m not in subscription.i’ve emailed them a dozen times and tried to ring and i’ve text but no reply at all.its so hard to cancel you think you have but you haven’t

Really liked the product but the company are an absolute rip off a subscription I apparently agreed to and then took a payment which I could do anything about so they sent me a link to cancel this and received confirmation that this was cancelled only to be charged again a month later being told I had a second subscription what a nightmare the phone number to complain was switched off and now had to resort to blocking any further payments through my bank. Terrible customer service.

Made a purchase over a month ago . Haven’t received the item yet, constantly sent emails to the company with no response . Nova have attempted to take further payments from my account . Informed my bank which have placed a block on this company . Be aware of this company doing the same to others ..

Took out a subscription with a buy one get one free offer on December. Therefore did not expect this company to renew subscription until February as I had two months worth of product. This morning at just gone one I received an email telling me they were renewing today, they then took my money just after six. All while I was asleep. I have noticed no difference in my joints despite being given many claims I would feel a difference. I did not need another order yet and if I had continued would always have a month in hand. It was impossible to cancel my subscription on my mobile and I am lucky to have access to a computer. If not there was no way to cancel on a mobile. BE VERY WARY of trying these. They are mainly Turmeric which you can purchase a lot cheaper elsewhere from companies that don't trick you. They play on people who are in pain and desperate for a fix.

It took several weeks to receive prodoct Her Again. Became violently ill nausea vomitting severe cramps diarrhea. Company Sent an unordered refill after only having product for two weeks, Tried to cancel second order, already shipped being charged for the product. Tried to return original receipt of product.Found out it has international fees.Has to be go through customs. exorbitant amount of money to return the return policy is false

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dupes people into buying bottle of this rubbish and hides a subscription button so that a month later they take more money off your card and send out another useless bottle of pills. You try to log back in to cancel the subscription and it is a right palava to get to the cancellation button. Be warned!

I never subscribed to this is only wanted to try it however it does not work for me i want you to unsubscribe me because I never subscribed to it Norma Emmerson have tried numerous times to unsubscribe

I had a hip replacement operation in April 2025, and a few months later I was diagnosed with gluteal tendinopathy in both hips. Imagine my excitement to see a product - Her Again - that would ease the pain of walking. I ordered two bottles on a Black Friday BOGO deal and started taking them, full of hope. I’m nearly at the end of the second bottle, and the pain persists, if anything worse than before. I thought perhaps because of my age, it may take longer to take effect, so I ordered another two bottles. Now I see that Her Again has been improved with new ingredients and I’m wondering whether to ask if I can exchange the old for the new. They’re such a nice company, and their customer service is excellent, so I’m willing to keep trying.

I've been using her again for 6 weeks and have definitely seen an improvement in hip stiffness, when getting up from a chair after sitting for a while.
Night pain hasn't completely gone but it is significantly improved.
Very pleased.
Only negative is delivery times a bit slow. But worth the wait.

Within a couple of weeks I noticed a significant difference in my ability to move about, particularly after sitting for long periods or sleeping.

The supplement has had a positive affect on my pain levels and I have subscribed to receive two bottles every 60 days. I am very concerned, that with the slow delivery, I am going to have run out before my next bottles arrive and then my pain levels will sky rocket again.

These people are scammers!!! I’ve had 2 orders come through AFTER cancellation and they keep giving me an incorrect address to return the products. Even the post office confirms the address does not exist. I have blocked them through my bank but I want my money back. Product is rubbish too

NOVA site said that the products are manufactured in UK. that is a lie. I trusted their website and ordered HER. the shipping tracking they gave me said SHENGZHEN that means CHINA.I tried to cancel the delivery, but failed. I requested the full refund. they told me to return the product and gave me the address in UK. the cost to ship it back from NY, USA is more than the cost of the bottle. and they gave the address and name as NOVA LTD, 41 North Street, London SW07 5CQ. Google did not recognize it, but gave me NOVA LTD. that stands for METROLOGY SOLUTIONS for Semiconductors Manufacturing. so, i presume, the whole startup of NOVA is bogus with lots of lies. and their support center is in Australia? really? we were all scammed. it is time to introduce them to FDA and customs border protection authorities.
I wanted to add that i did report this NOVA LTD. company to FDA, BBB and FSA. I received recently an email from NOVA with the address in the email as 3140 W,MAIN STREET, RIVERTON WYOMING 82501. This is not a business, but a local community with few very old mail boxes.

I have noticed a big improvement in my hips in only 10 days. I am excited to see more improvement in the future.

I never signed up for a subscription, and get notified another bottle is coming, have sent emails to cancel but have had no reply, contact number doesn’t work either.
Finally I have had a reply, they sent me a link to cancel, but I can’t find it, why can’t they cancel my subscription I didn’t sign up for

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Please avoid this company at all cost. No customer service or response to any communication. Do not sign up to subscriptions.

Company is a scam. Addresses they list, both on their website and for returning the items, are all fake/do not exist. Products ships from China. I have reported them to shopify.

As others have said, product is made in Wuhan China and shipped from there.

They won't pay for return shipping which they told me is "very expensive".
