Avoid this company

Avoid this company! Scam!

Tried to cancel as mafs no difference. They offered for the next month to be£20 instead of usual £39.99. Thought would give it one more month. They took the full price and when I emailed they have been paying dumb to their offer despite me providing screen shots showing my account and the agreed price. They provide an unrecognised address to rewritten the items to (royal mail did not recognise on their systems) and I am still trying to cancel with them but when you try their systems block it by adding pop up.

No doubt I will have the same empty platitudes as other complaints above! At this stage I just want a full refund and hope to never hear from their customer service adviser Selina again as she is at best ineffectial

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. It's a scam. They lock you in to a subscription which is then impossible to cancel. The customer service phone number is "not available " and seems to be a personal mobile number. I would be very sceptical about the research they claim is third party. Avoid at all costs. I am reporting them to the trading standards etc

Is it really made in the UK

Is it really made in the UK? I question the honesty of the company in relation to saying the product is made in the UK. It took 2 weeks to arrive and the original label was Chinese. I questioned delivery time and was told customs can cause delays. I also questioned the Chinese labelling underneath the English label but was not provided with a believable response.
I've been taking the product for a month and can't actually say I've noticed much difference other than I do have more wind than usual 😁
To be fair to this product, Her Again, it's no different to all the other supplements I've tried from reputable companies. Menopause sucks and without HRT I'm not sure the hot sweats every hour and other issues I'm having can be fixed.
The issue I have with this company is trust of where the product is made. Perhaps false advertising, including manipulation of Trustpilot reviews.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I emailed them for a refund after 50 days as I found no difference (the customer telephone number on their website does not work). Received an email back advising they would offer me 30% without the need for me to return the goods - I sent a further email advising on the website it states full refund if not satisfied, another email advising I needed to return the remaining packaging and tablets at my cost - I therefore requested the address so I could make a decision only to be given a false address in London that doesn’t exist! After much backwards and forwards in December I eventually agreed to accept 70% of the value. So like others I also wonder what is actually in these tablets and am convinced they are manufactured in China not Australia as stated on the website.

Impossible to unsubscribe- links back in circles on site. BOGO offer didn't go through.

I have not yet received the product but I have noticed that they have subscribed me despite the fact I unchecked the box that asks for subscription.
I also ordered buy one get one and they are just sending one! So annoying and I haven't yet tried it!
I have tried to cancel but when you click cancel it takes you in circles and it is literally impossible to cancel through the website.
I emailed them and they sent me a link which still sent me in the same circles!
Instead of the company responding with generic AI apologies to these reports, could they please give real advice on how to unsubscribe here?
I hope that the product is good but I would like to subscribe of my own accord and be able to cancel when I want to.
Surely this is not legal?

Absolute waste of money

Took the product for the 2 recommended months. No use whatsoever. Applied for the money back guarantee as they said "no joint pain in 60 days or your money back"! Absolute joke as you need to start taking it on the delivery day or they won't honour their words. Avoid like the plague unless you want to get ripped off!

Horrible experience ( location


Horrible experience ( location ; W3 0PA ) The customer service was extremely poor, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold because the heater was not working. Despite having a pre-booking, the staff still gave us a bad table, showing a complete lack of care and professionalism. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I would never recommend this place to any friends or family.

The supplements did not work

The supplements did not work.
I have emailed 4 times to customer support to ask for a refund with no reply. I then discover I have signed up for a subscription which I def was not aware of and no way of cancelling.
No reply from the phone number
Very very disappointed and would not recommend. Poor service.

Scammers

No data in the box or on the bottle so you cannot check what is in the product. Contacted them so many times since November 2025. No response then in December 2025 received an email
saying my new order was on the way! WHAT? They had signed me up to a subscription that my credit card company cannot cancel! Managed to make contact via their website. Lots and lots of going back and forth but the subscription has been cancelled and now I have to return the two bottles for a full refund apart from postage costs. I do not recommend this company, absolute scammers.
13.01.26 - False return address given, refused by the Post Office. No refund. Avoid using.

I’ve be using her again for 4 weeks now…

I’ve be using her again for 4 weeks now and have noticed a big improvement in my glute tendonopothy that I have been suffering with for over the year, side sleeping is more comfortable and sitting in a chair too.
I’m enjoying exercising more again and not taking painkillers finally I’ve found something that works for me !

Miracle

Ive only been taking 'Her Again' for about 2 weeks and I've noticed a difference already. My hip pain has definitely subsided and although not completely gone i am very happy with the results so early on. My hip pain was awful at night which affected my sleep pattern. I am now feeling more comfortable which means I've not been waking up in pain as much as I did. Ive even been able to lay on my side for short periods of time, something I couldn't do at all before taking Her Again. Being happy with the results so far I've just bought more and I'm hopeful that the pain I've had will eventually go.

STILL NO REFUND - Scam that will lock you into repeat…

Updating from 18/12/25. I still have not had a satisfactory response from Nova. They have given me a return address, but the postcode does not exist on Royal Mail. (51 North Street, London SW07 5CQ). If anyone has any ideas of where to send the product back to, let me know, thanks. No refund as yet.
This is a money making scam that will lock you into repeat orders that they will not cancel. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. i HAVE CONTACTED WATCHDOG FOR THEM TO FOLLOW UP ON MY BEHALF.
From the way the company has behaved, goodness knows what is in the product. Give it a wide berth!
