It is the warmest, most scrumptious and utterly buttery piece of clothing you will ever own. We use ultra soft flannel fleece paired with warm sherpa fleece so you don't have to worry about the cold. Some think it's a blanket. Some think it's a hoodie. Either way we know you're going to be cosiest in The Oodie.

Very pleased with my dressing gown, great quality and very cosy/comfy.

I recently purchased a coat from Oodie. While the quality was fine, the fit was not. It fit everywhere except around the thighs, despite me carefully using the sizing guide and checking all measurements before ordering.
I was disappointed to discover that I then had to pay £3.99 to return the item. As the issue was due to inaccurate sizing information rather than customer error, I find it unacceptable to charge for returns in this situation.
Because of this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Oodie again. I expect better transparency and customer care, especially when customers take the time to follow sizing guidance correctly.

Thank you for reaching out to us and for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear how disappointed and frustrated you feel.
I completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially after carefully using the size guide and still finding that the fit wasn’t right. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
I understand your concerns regarding the return fee. At the moment, we’re only able to offer free return shipping in cases where an incorrect or faulty item has been received. For returns due to sizing or fit preferences, the return shipping fee does apply, and I’m sorry for the frustration this policy has caused.
We truly value your feedback, and I’m sorry that this experience has left you feeling disappointed.
If there’s anything else I can help clarify or assist with, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Basically they are saying if its damaged they pay postage, if not you pay... Read into that what you may

Very pleased with my coat which is reversible. I needed it for a cruise to the Arctic and found it worked perfectly in -12°. Never once was I cold and I only had to wear a normal jumper underneath it not an extra thick one. Whether I would’ve paid the full price for it is another matter but I’m delighted with what I got in the sale.

My order was delivered quickly and I was delighted with it. I ordered a Sherpa fleece dressing gown and I love it. It keeps me warm and cosy on these cold mornings. I have even popped it on if I felt chilly during the day. It’s great!

The item received was too big so decided to send back. Followed instructions provided to create the return. Received a QR code for an in-post return. Took the return to local in-post locker and received a tracking number. Received confirmation of the parcel being returned on the 31st Dec. Still haven’t had a refund, and now being told that they don’t appear to have received it (even though I have proof of the delivery). I’m told because it was a ‘self-service return’ which makes no sense other than I posted it back in an in-post locker myself, what else was I supposed to do? I’ve followed all processes, remained patient, and appear to be no closer to getting money back for an item that I no longer want or have. Be careful.

We have a few Oodies, the first couple are lovely, heavy, cosy, warm and snuggly…..excellent! The last one not so think/heavy but still cosy! Now on to the dressing gowns, I have a fleece lined one in OOD size as I like things big, this Xmas I got a Sherpa lined one in OOD also, lovely feel and very cosy, however the sizing for OOD is terrible, no where near as big to wrap around you, feels more restrictive and just not as comfy size wise! Really disappointed :(
Always liked the look of the pjs too but refuse to pay full price as they’re extortionate really….anyway some in the sale, thought ok I’ll treat myself, still a bit on the expensive side but hey if there as nice as they look, worth it!!
Disappointed to say the least, yes they feel soft and nice, don’t feel warming to me at all, just a thin cotton type material :( then the sizing……again I love oversized tops so got the 3xl, no way is this a 3xl, not oversized at all and for me a little uncomfortable, however the XL in the bottoms are a good fit, could even maybe size down, was so looking forward to these but extremely disappointed! Can’t return as they’re a clearance item so I have washed them first as it states on the smallest instructions known to man and will wear them but I certainly wouldn’t purchase anymore sadly……:(

I received my third oodie as a Christmas present, a leopard print one and I will say that compared to my other 2 oodies purchased 2/3 years ago the quality & thickness is nowhere near as good. The new one is much thinner and lighter than the other 2 I have, in-fact when wearing it, it feels half as heavy in comparison and it’s do thin I can feel my fingers when pinching the material - I can’t do that with my other two even though they are a few years old. So certainly now not worth the money being charged. These oodies used to be fantastic- high quality, heavy, thick and warm, this new one feels like a cheap Amazon copy. Clearly the quality has been compromised with the cost of everything increasing

I bought a pair of the PJ's in black in December and loved them so much I ordered a second pair in the sale, cloud bottoms, plain blue top. I have also in the past brought several oodie's and slippers.
The PJ's are so soft, so warm so cosy, the feel is pure 5* luxury.
The only niggle I have is the washing instructions. Which is why I give 4* . Firstly, You have to search for them and when you find them they are too small to read. I had to photograph them and blow them up. Secondly the PJs cannot be tumble dried and the instructions are very precise to line dry in the shade.
Now these are winter pyjama's, this is the UK. In the winter the ability to line dry is scarce.
My new ones arrived Tuesday. Delivery is always fast. On Wednesday I washed them according to instructions.
It took 2 day's for them to dry on a clothes horse in doors (in a warm room), which really isn't ideal.
They are Fabulous but 2 pairs are needed because they take so long to dry. You can't change every night! Having said that, I love them. Along with my Panda oodie hoodie I could live in them full time, but then they would need washing daily!!!

EDIT: I initially wrote this as a four star review, but as I received another email from a rep repeating that they're all made the same and washing it will fix it, I've downgraded it to three stars. I don't feel I'm being listened to and I'm getting extremely frustrated. It shouldn't be so hard to beg someone for help to take my money :/
*****************
I’ve always been reluctant to try Oodies because I thought they were overpriced for what was a giant hoodie. But they were on sale, I was cold and miserable, and decided to buy my husband and I the avocado and black one as a Christmas present with money from my mum.
I'm SO glad I did! I swear to God, it's the best present I've ever had! I just wish I got one years ago. I don't need to cart my duvet into the front room to watch a film, I’m fully insulated when I take the dog in the garden (in snow!), and it doesn't stay damp forever in rain (unlike my dressing gown). I can't sing its praises enough, and my husband is also a convert. I get compliments from my neighbours (and laughed at by the binmen, but what do they know? I bet they're freezing, so jokes on them), and I’d live in it if I could. I'd totally give 5 stars for this order.
So, I decided to order the space design, also in OOD. It arrived quickly, and it's gorgeous. However. As soon as I opened it, I could feel the weight difference – the fleece is super thin. It's had a day to hang out and floof up, but nothing has changed. The body of the Oodie is thinner than the hem, whereas my avo Oodie is the same plush thickness throughout. Using callipers, the edge of my avo hood is 7mm; the space one is 3.5mm. It's literally half the thickness.
I've been liaising with a lovely rep who said that it will floof up after I wash it, but I don't see how it will magically double in weight - I haven't even washed my avo one yet, and it came out like a plump, cuddly hug. My husband can see the difference, and he's the least perceptive person out there (sorry Jamie), and so I'm going to return it rather than wash it and be stuck with it.
I'm disappointed, because I wanted something that's the same quality, and honestly, though I got it for £35 in the sale, I wouldn't spend more than £20 on it. There's no way it'll keep me warm, and there's no point keeping it for the summer.
So. I've wasted £4 on postage, and I'm reluctant to spend another £4 on the offchance that the quality will be what I'm expecting... but meanwhile I really want another floofy one, and I'm sad. I asked the rep to help advise which designs are the 7mm ones, and she linked me back to the Oodies, but the space one is on there, which clearly isn't 7mm, and there doesn't seem to be the ability to filter by thickness.
I'd give three stars for the space Oodie order (disappointed with quality, the rep was really sweet and super fast to respond but I feel like it was all stock responses, and doesn't really solve anything. Sigh), but given my first order was amazing, I've decided to give 4 stars overall.
I hope this helps someone :)

Ordered the avacado S/M trousers fo my daughter Christmas present. I was sent oversized grey tee shirt. This was returned using the returns process. I wasn’t given an option to choose the trousers again and the only other option was the avacado top. I chose this as there was no other way I could continue with the returns process and I had been advised by customer service this was the only way. I wrote on my delivery note what had happened and that I would like the trousers I ordered. I received the top. This is really disappointing and an ineffective returns process. I did not receive what I had originally ordered and my note was ignored and I payed for something I didn’t want. I will not be ordering from Oodie again .

I was really excited to order from Oodie - the ordering process was easy and delivery was quick (pre-Christmas), and the products look fun, inclusive, and cosy. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The Cloud onesie I bought as a Christmas gift became faulty after only two wears. The drawstring at the back pulled out completely due to failed stitching, making it unwearable.
What has been most disappointing is the customer service. Despite multiple emails since 27th December, the responses have been repetitive, procedural, and have failed to resolve the issue. It genuinely felt as though no individual was properly reading or responding to the specifics of my situation.
I have accessibility needs, which I clearly explained, yet no reasonable adjustments were made. Instead, I was repeatedly directed back to a rigid system that I physically could not use, and I am still waiting for a new exchange label to be issued.
This was my first purchase from Oodie, and we were both really excited based on the brand’s image and product design. Sadly, the experience has been anything but accessible or customer-focused. I haven’t asked for much - just a fair resolution for a faulty item - and yet that has not been delivered.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere for cosy clothing that lasts longer than a day or two of wear.

4 ordered in 4 weeks
having made a few orders over a few weeks the 4th order received was empty with an apology note from the carrier. Customer service received from Kitty was second to none. the products them self are fantastic quality and great for this time of year, even after this mishap i wouldnt think twice about ordering again

I bought my son an Oodie for Christmas, it shipped super fast and was successfully delivered. Then stolen off my porch. I asked if there was anything they could do and they replaced my son's gift. Excellent customer service!

I got my oodie in the sale so I was happy with the price but i don't feel there worth over £100.
Nice furry lining , padding and deep pockets but no collar makes it drafty around the kneck and the hat is too big I don't really feel comfortable in it.
Hard to return after taking it out of vacume pack to try on .

I received my order of the oodie slippers which I realised I had ordered a size to small .Exchange seemed straight forward.I returned the ones I didn’t want and was waiting for next size up only to receive a oodie hoody .Not at all what I was waiting for .Which meant I had to give my son his gift two weeks late.I did speak to the customer team and they were very helpful on sorting it out and the product were great.Just a shame for the mix up and delay.

Awful customer service, purchased matching father and son oodies for them to wear while watching games. My child opened his on xmas day and was so excited until he tried it on and the hand holes are so small that no child's hand could fit through. initially offered a replacement, which my child felt better about until they tell me they are now sold out. So now my child is let down twice. Gross customer service for a repeat customer. do not recommend at all.
reply to Steph:
cant seem to think the reply isn't just for show. no way to contact you directly? I offered a reasonable solution to be let down again due to the desire to make profit over the heartbreak of a child.

I've bought a few items from The Oodie and each one has been great, either for myself or as gifts. I recently purchase the confetti warming loungewear and it's soo comfortable and cosy.
I've also bought the Coat, Oodie hooded blanket, dressing gown more loungewear and the slippers (not all for me) and I can't fault any of them.

Worst customer service I have ever had is from this company!!!
Brought a tee from that that was basically falling apart after a wash. Paid £35 for it and they only refunded me £14 after weeks of waiting!! From then on, radio silence.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!
