Never received order

Never received order. Reached out several times and never heard back. So I disputed the charge with my cc company. Vendor actually pursued it and “won” the dispute. They couldn’t take the time to respond to me but took the time to pursue $60.

SCAM. STAY AWAY

I attempted to buy four, my order was never filled. Both this company and Evri, the delivery company, are impossible to contact other than through automated services - it is not clear where the parcel is or isn’t, and no replies are issued.
DO NOT BUY, THIS IS A SCAM

JUNK & SCAM DON't waste your $$$

JUNK & SCAM DON't waste your $$$. Purchased for Christmas gifts for grandkids as it was advertised by House Outlook as one of the coolest gifts. WRONG, Junk!!! Grandkids play with it for less than 5 minutes, it stopped and fell on the living room floor and BROKE, DOES NOT WORK!!! I have submitted emails for return and someone to contact me and have NOT received any call or emails as state on their official home page website.

After reading about refunds, it states "if approved after inspection for refund approval" and a 30% restocking FEE!!! How can you restock a malfunctioning item.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Stay clear of ordering. Box came damaged and missing parts. No response back after numerous attempts to rectify situation. No ability to reach by phone. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Not recommended

The orb was shipped within a day, however after 2 weeks it still was not delivered. Finally we received it, but the box was in bad shape and the product was broke. After 2 emails we have not heard anything. I’m not taking much stock in their 30 day return policy. Buyer beware!

Just as everyone else has reported

Just as everyone else has reported, the flying orb I received was in an opened package and did not work properly when I contacted them repeatedly to return it. They did not respond so do not order anything from this company.

Not durable

Daughters asked for them and were excited to get one each. Decided to purchase two (2) of the "Original" despite being more expensive. In normal play, indoors, one (1) broke within two (2) days. The plastic where the pin is connected broke after landing on the floor. I emailed for warranty information and a replacement but got no response.

ORB SCAM (Phone #: (480) 269-7446) Call Them

DO NOT purchase anything from this company they are a total SCAM. I foolishly ordered "the orb" on 11/14/25 and paid for express delivery. The item never arrived. I wrote an email to the company two times and they never replied, They do not provide a phone number anywhere on thier website.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Website full of lies. I ordered this for my nephew in July. Received a confirmation email and notice of USPS shipping label printed. It didn't ship until late September! I tried contacting them through the website and direct email response to my confirmation. Nothing. Finally got the notice it was delivered and it's not. Nothing at my house. There's no such thing as a parcel locker for my house. I have a regular mailbox, 2 front doors, plus I was home when it was reported as delivered. This business is sooooo shady!

Do NOT ever buy from this company!

Do NOT ever buy from this company!! All their claims on the website are lies -- every other review on this page is 100% correct. I ordered in July, got nothing. NO one has responded even though I have a confirmation number and my credit card was charged. This company is abysmal and, in my opinion, completely fraudulent.

Buyer BEWARE! Worst Customer Service EVER!

On their website, TheOriginalFlyOrb.com claims:

"Getting In Contact With A Real Person Should Be Easy. And with The Original Fly Orb, it is. If you have any questions at all about our product or want to track your current order, you can simply email us any time at theoriginalflyorb @ gmail*** Don't worry, you will hear back from us quickly - as it is the 21st century and all inquiries go directly to our phone!"

This statement is complete nonsense! You can email them as many times as you want—they will NOT respond.

I purchased this item as a gift during their Black Friday “sale” via ShopPay, with confirmation that it would arrive before Christmas. Instead, they took forever to ship it, and it showed up after the holiday. I didn’t even open the package—I immediately emailed them requesting a return, since I had to buy a different gift locally. No response. After three or four emails, I filed a dispute through ShopPay.

What followed was months of back-and-forth, only for ShopPay to rule in their favor. Now, I’m stuck with an item I didn’t need, and I still had to pay for it—even though I was willing to return it at my own expense.

This company conveniently avoids issuing refunds by always listing their product as "on sale," allowing them to claim that sale items are non-refundable. This is a shady and dishonest business practice, and I have no idea how they’re still in operation. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY!!!

Received The Original Fly Orb on 12/26. Had a charging issue so I emailed their Customer Service a couple times with no response. I then sent a couple emails to the company through their website requesting a return authorization within their required 30 day window. Again, no response. Stuck with the product for now but, have filed dispute through my credit card provider. Also plan to file a dispute with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Not good for small hands

I have small hands/fingers and it's near impossible to get to the on/off switch. Then once the blade is turning my fingers can go through the spaces in the cage so that's not good. Don't give this to little ones.
I got 2 of them because i was lured by the reduced price.
Now I see they are all over for a much more reasonable price. I did not give them to the kids that I had bought them for. Definitely not worth the $29 + another $22!

Bought for Christmas This ball worked for 20 seconds but never again. Second ball never worked. Forget about returning 2 balls customer service never responded back to return inquiry. There is no 800 number I can find on web.
I think this product is a cheap way to make money. The advertisement on website says it 5 star product. This is false upon deeper review it looks like others have same issue.

Terrible customer service/shipping

This company has the worst customer service. I contacted them multiple times for assistance, and received no response. One of the orbs arrived with the box broken and the orb damaged - they literally just put the box in a bag and sent it. There is no way to return this unless they "approve" it before you send it in, and they don't respond to inquiries, so I'm stuck with it.

Do not order on that page

I’ve should have looked on Trustpilot earlier. They don’t answer emails and I’m afraid that I do not receive anything. Total scam.
I think they are not interested in Reviews only in getting your money.

Do not waste your money and time…

Do not waste your money and time ordering from this company. I ordered 3 orb balls at Christmas. Two of the three balls did not work. I attempted to contact the company for returns. They do not have a phone number- they say to email and no one answers the emails. If you read their statements on the website, they say- “Don’t worry you will hear from us quickly - as it’s the 21st century and all inquiries go directly to our phone”. It’s sad but they blatantly lie to their customers.
