Really great support helping me settle into studying, organising my time and writing academically. Denise is lovely and adaptable, so it feels like the support is tailored to my needs.

Theorise Review
I could not recommend and thank Theorise for supporting my educational journey enough. I have worked with Tracey Mercer for the past 2 years now and have loved every moment of it. From the first day Tracey has been extremely supportive and helpful. She was very understanding and hands on with her mental health mentoring and study skills tutoring support. I have now graduated with a 2.1 in Law and this could not have been done without her help. Also a huge thanks to Dany for putting me with Tracey and all of his hard work.
I've had the privilege of working with…
I've had the privilege of working with an outstanding ASD support worker (Alison) who has significantly impacted my life in numerous positive ways.
One of the most transformative aspects of the support was the practical advice she provided on managing anxiety, especially during presentations.
Moreover, Alison always created a safe and welcoming space for our conversations. I felt truly heard and understood, which is incredibly important for someone navigating the complexities of ASD.
Alison was always extremely flexible in meeting times, which I am extremely grateful for as a mum of two in education.
Overall, Alison's dedication and expertise have not only helped me tackle immediate challenges but have also equipped me with skills and knowledge that continue to benefit me. I am immensely grateful for her support during the semester and highly recommend her services to anyone navigating neurodiversity and education.
A company which supports staff and students!
I feel very well supported as a Theorise Study Skills tutor. There is just the right amount of communication and support. Although I work remotely, I am never alone and feel highly valued through phone calls, check-in Teams meetings and WhatsApp groups. There is a very caring culture at Theorise and Dany Brunton's personalised approach filters down to all staff who offer support of the highest calibre.
Study skills and mental health support
I have had Tracey as my mental health and study skills tutor over three academic years. When I started my course I never actually thought that I would be capable of passing. Following a dyslexia and adhd diagnosis I was paired with Tracey as my support. From the first session she continued to provide me with much needed, person centred and holistic support. I was able to book session short notice when required as well as making longer term plans. I can't overstate how important Tracey has been to my university journey. I am very close to not only gaining an honours degree but actually finishing an intergrated masters degree. I couldn't have wished for a better support.
Thanks to Dani from Theorise as well for supporting me by allowing Tracey to remain my support consistently throughout the last 3 academic years.

I am just ending the 2nd year of an LLB and have had a mental health mentor both years. Both have been great, Amy this year has been astounding at helping me (I've had a lot of health issues) navigate my feelings surrounding this. I always feel grounded and ready to tackle the week ahead following our sessions no matter how much I was spiralling before it. Thank you to everyone and Theorise especially Amy
Studing Law with support from Theorise.
I have been working with Jim since I started my Law degree in October last year. I couldn't have done it without him. The support and encouragement I get from him makes all the difference to me as a mature (50 something) student. I would recommend theorise to anyone undertaking studies especially if they have additional needs or have disabilities like I do. Great job guys!
An exceptional company
Working with Theorise over the past three years has been an extremely rewarding experience. The company is passionate and committed to providing excellent services to students, whilst supporting staff, ensuring regular contact and providing development opportunities. Dany, the director is very approachable and any support required is swift and effective. The members of the team are exceptionally hardworking and dedicated to making everyone feel valued. I consistently feel proud and privileged to be a part of the Theorise team.
Best Non-Medical Help Support Provider in the UK
Undoubtedly the best and most professional provider of Non-Medical Help support for students in the UK, for students and staff alike.
A great company
I have been with this company for about 10 months and it has been a really positive experience. Management and senior staff are very friendly, responding quickly to any questions or issues and always supportive. It's a really rewarding job, lots of positives and regular opportunities for training. I'm proud to be part of the team.

Theorise is an incredibly professional organisation to work for, which values and prioritises the needs of its students in a manner that is superior to any of its competitors. It's a pleasure to work with such a great team!
Thoroughly recommend
I work as a Study Skills Tutor for Theorise and would recommended them for students and as an employer.
The company is so well run, looking after employees and students very personally and there is always a person on the end of the phone or email when needed.
Fantastic company to work for
Fantastic company to work for. They are flexible, reliable and listen to staff. Communication is always clear and response times are excellent. Support is available when needed and there are lots of ways to connect with other staff, as well as management. Would highly recommend working for Theorise - I hope to continue working for them for a long time.
A very supportive company
Theorise strives to give the best possible support and you can feel the passion in what they do. I felt that management was always there to support us, from admin queries to advice, no matter how small or big the issues were.
I would have no hesitations to recommend Theorise.
Best company I have ever worked for!!!
Theorise are quite simply the BEST company I have ever worked for! They are passionate about what they do, and they go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to supporting both students and staff alike.
I began working with Theorise earlier this year and my only regret is that I didn't get on board sooner. Dany is a superb boss and is there for you 110%, I've literally never experienced working for an organisation who care so much for and value their staff. You're not just another number.
Every company operating within education should model themselves on Theorise; their ethics, their ethos and how they embrace neurodiversity propels them to the forefront of the education sector. The standards they uphold and implement where providing quality support is concerned are second to none.
I am so grateful to be working for such a fantastic organisation and I sincerely hope to be with Theorise for a long time.
Thank you!!! :-)
Great Employer!
Theorise is a great employer. They genuinely value their staff and acknowledge the specific skills they can bring to their support work. Throughout my time working here, I have always received prompt responses to any queries, meaning that even though I worked independently, I never felt as though I was working alone.
Theorise puts students at the forefront of all that they do and takes great care in assuring that the support worker matched with each student is equipped to meet their needs. There is an emphasis on quality of support, which inspires you to do your best work in the knowledge that they believe you can deliver.
Their growth over the last year has been impressive. I can't wait to see how Theorise continues to expand its first-class support over the coming years!
Exceptional disability support throughout University studies
staff were exceptional in the support they provided me, ensuring i studied at my peak level, and maintaining mental and physical health. Due to my disabilities, they had to explain things several times, in various ways for me to fully understand their intentions.
Quality of service, and willingness to go the extra mile for you, made working with staff enjoyable, but tough going. Staff very friendly and professional at all times, with great communications throughout support. Very easy to change appointment times when they were given notice.
Quality of work improved significantly with their help, and encouraged to ask as many questions as necessary to understand and improve coursework, mental health, and learning difficulties.
It has been a real privilege to work with this company and staff to improve my future prospects.
Theorise and staff are an ace card for…
Theorise and staff are an ace card for any student studying at any level. They have compassion, understanding and are clearly well trained and enhance the student experience even in adversity and understanding disabled students requirements and completely meet their needs. The company is an asset to any student looking for personal planned support.I hope for the future many students will benefit from the excellent support provisions in place.
Faultless
Personally, I can't fault this company. The support they have offered has been excellent during my first year of university and the tutor I was paired with really helped me out and was very understanding. Thank you Theorise! Highly recommend...

Reply from Theorise Ltd
Excellent Company
I have worked as a Mental Health Mentor for Theorise since December 2021 and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The work is highly fulfilling and the pay is excellent, but in addition to this, Theorise has been an outstanding employer. I feel valued as an employee and trusted to work autonomously but also supported at all times. Whenever I have had a question or concern, Dany has been only an email or phone call away and deals with it promptly and efficiently.
While the hours are not guaranteed and can be variable, the flexibility is fantastic and work has been plentiful during term times. Working remotely, I have really appreciated efforts to make me feel part of a team, such as regular online team meetings and an active WhatsApp group.
In addition to supporting staff, Theorise puts student welfare first at all times and it is clear they really care about providing the best support. I feel incredibly fortunate to work for Theorise and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic support throughout
Fantastic support throughout. Educators that really get it right for all. Finally a company who understand differences in learning styles who embrace positivity and instil a new sense of confidence to all learners.
