Worked for Theorise Ltd as a Support Worker for two years now. The commincations are excellent as is the support given to me. Opportunities to further career prospects are available through different training programmes. Excellent company ro work for aleays looking after their staff .

Theorise have been an outstanding company to work for. Having nearly completed my first term with them, it has been a seamless process from the initial interview to ongoing support with students. Although as a mental health mentor I work independently, the organisation is inclusive and ensure employees have the opportunity to come together and support each other. The manager is always around whenever you may need him, with no query being too big or small. I couldn’t recommend Theorise highly enough.

I have been fortunate to have worked for Theorise for the last 5 years and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life. Being able to support each individual student through a process that allows them to achieve their academic goals has been a real privilege and very fulfilling. However, this has been enhanced by working for a company that has person- centred values and approaches at the core of their services. It is clear that Dany is invested in ensuring the welfare of both staff and students and has created a company that is very professional whilst being highly approachable and supportive. I have worked as a Study Skills tutor with Theorise for the past 3 years and have found it a highly rewarding and enjoyable experience. Having left full time employment after many years in FE/HE it has been great to use the accumulated experience, skills and knowledge garnered over that time to work on an individual basis with students studying across a wide range of disciplines. It’s a two way process and I’ve met some really interesting and enthusiastic people and learned a lot along the way. There’s such a sense of satisfaction working with students to achieve their potential.
Dany and the team have been fantastic - responsive, professional and supportive at all times. Great to work for as a company driven by values demonstrated in their respect for both staff and students.

The opportunity to tailor my time to flex around my other commitments - keeping a work life balance is rare and to be applauded.

Although I work on a 0 hour contract which can be daunting to some, please dont let that put you off. Danny has alway worked to keep our work secure. I have had a steady income for the past 4years. Because of Danny's great management he has made it possible for staff and students to get the best experience possible. I know that I am valued and the team are always there to support. The covid situation was dealt with quickly and effectively. after working for 4 years as a student student worker its great to see the education system open its doors to source support for students to maintain their educational needs and rights.
I see Theorise as very progressive in its approach with a lot of enthusiasm of staff development and support for training. To think about how many students have and will benefit from this is a wonderful thing.

I have enjoyed being employed with this company for the last couple of years. I really cannot fault them in anyway. Hats - off to them for their response to COVID-19 and keeping us all safe.

I started working for Theorise Ltd through the lock down and my experience so far has been one of joy and fulfilment. Joy, because when ever I reach out for help or support my emails and messages are answered, by management staff, usually within minutes, which is a great help and very reassuring. Working for Theorise as a study skills tutor is an extremely rewarding vocation - helping a student to overcome lifelong difficulties in academia and watching them grow and have confidence in their abilities is, in my humble opinion, an incredibly fulfilling job. Theorise support their staff and all of their students with 100% effort and this confidence in their own ability as a company shines through the entire team. There is also a good support link through Face Book, where on several occasions I have asked for colleagues help and/or advice on various matters and received numerous informative and helpful replies to my enquiries. All in all, I cannot praise Theorise enough and wish that all companies would work to their high standards.

I find that responses are prompt to emails and information is shared in a timely manner. I enjoyed the webinar for Tourettes that we attended and found it informative, good to have that provided.

This is my second year working for Theorise, and I love my work! I have great admiration for many of my students who are juggling a busy home life, work placements on top of also holding down part-time jobs; it's a privilege to support them. I must say Theorise are an excellent company to work with. I've worked with them for years and they are extremely well organised, considerate and helpful. They pay well, their expectations of you are clear, they respond quickly and are quick to get in touch if anything needs addressed. Theorise also consistently look for and recommend a variety of relevant courses for CPD, even willing to pay for courses up-front while you pay them back from your salary over time. Overall, I think this shows that Theorise are a hardworking, dedicated organisation that invest in the staff that they employ.

I can safely say that since starting work as a study skills tutor with Theorise just over two years ago I have never looked back! The application and interview process was thorough, and Dany, the managing director, takes time to match students to my strengths, which benefits all involved. Very helpful support from theorise while I participate in my MSc. I can't fault input I have had in any way and my tutor and mentor have been very adaptive to what works best for me while showing respect and a genuine investment in supporting me.
