Fantastic customer service!
We came across The Parfum Club at their market stall in Stratford-upon-Avon and bought a few products as they smelt incredible! Unfortunately on returning home I found one of the scents hadn't been closed properly and had leaked, leaving me with only half a bottle of what I had intended on gifting to someone... I sent a quick message to their Instagram page (not looking for any refunds or replacements) just to simply let them know to check some of their lids in case others were loose. Within half an hour they had responded and already had a replacement bottle on its way to me complete free of charge, even after I'd offered to cover the costs of shipping etc. And it arrived 2 days later!
Cannot fault their customer service at all - so grateful for the new bottle I received and will definitely have a very happy recipient!
I will 100% buy from The Parfum Club again.

I love these products
I love these products! Came across them on a stall in Stratford. Instantly loved one in particular, and it’s all I use now! Saves a fortune in comparison to the ridiculously expensive scents in the shops!

Excellent customer service
Ordered three perfumes as part of an offer. One of the bottles had broken in transit so I reported it and sent photos of the shattered glass.
Within two days I'd received a new bottle - no questions asked.
Very impressed with how quickly they came back to me and sent a new bottle.
Love the scents too!

Loved these fragrances, received with great service
Loved these fragrances having bought 3 at their Stratford-upon-Avon market stall last year. Was going to replenish supplies on my next trip, but saw their market schedule did not coincide with mine, so decided to try their online service.
