So where do I start? Enishia Reyes, 100% the only person you want to deal with. I spoke to various people who tried to help but she was the only one who succeeded. She kept in contact with me and reassured me even after business hours. She definitely deserves a raise, bonus, extra vacation Time etc. I received my passport on time after all the help she supplied me with. Super grateful for companies that hire people like her.

This was a horrible experience! I dont reccomend anyone use this service. Go directly to your local passport office and avoid a big mess and extra fees. I applied for an expedited 3-4 day passport 10 days prior to my trip. The rep didnt submit the right application which delayed the process. 2 days before my trip I still had mo passport. After I found out there was a government office I was told I couldn't go there to get a same day passport. They wanted to overnight my passport to the airport. That didnt sit right with me, I didn't sleep that night. I woke up and drove 1.5 hours to the nearest office and received a passport in 1 hour!! These people would have had me jeopardize my trip to Mexico in order to collect their fees. So selfish of them!!

Pablo Suescan in the Miami Office was awesome I spoke with him twice. Raven in the Orlando office who I worked with personally was awesome too! Both individuals provided great customer service and were very knowledgeable in their field. I received my renewed passport 2 days early. I highly recommend using The Passport Office!

They saved my bacon and got me a passport renewal in 1week. The only complaint I have is that it proved to be difficult to get phone calls answered.
