SUPER DECEPTIVE and unethical company
This website disguises themselves as a website where you can renew your passport - as if it is an official government website. SUPER DECEPTIVE.
This site is not an official government website. They charge a fee to do the exact same thing you can do on the official website at no charge.
They charged $110 for something we can do on the government website for free.
Currently trying to figure out how to get a refund. If anyone knows please let me know.
I believed this was an official government website when I made the payment.
Later I realized it is a third-party service and I had already completed the official process separately.
This resulted in an unnecessary duplicate charge.
The company only offered a partial refund despite the misleading presentation.
They refused to refund me my money
UPDATE: After leaving this review I got a call from someone with a USA number. They were clearly not in the USA. They offered a full refund in exchange for updating or removing this review. Not a chance - customers need to know how this company conducts business.

The charge on our card says "EASY-FORM-FILLER.COM 5670 MO" - a generic form building website - making it extremely difficult to hunt down the actual site we had originally visited.
Then we get an alert from credit wise the next day that our information was found on the dark web.
Shame on me for making this mistake, but please, learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY.

Jeffrey from Nexus Support was so very helpful! I needed his assistance many times with interview scheduling and changes for my husband and activating my new Nexus card. We truly don't know how we could have ever done this ourselves.
We are an older couple and not too tech savvy. We truly appreciate all the help and love that there is this option!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Do not use! Avoid and go straight to usps to get this done. They are very misleading. They are not the official government website. You are paying them to just to fill out forms and risking your personal information. You still have to go through the gov to fill the forms and pay them in addition you the money you gave these people. As soon as I realized , I immediately requested a refund. And they only want to offer me 25% back!!!!!!! Now I still have to go and renew my passport and close my card, freeze credit , etc. don’t use them. U can do everything at usps.

They charge you the price of a renewal to fill out free forms. This does not include the price you owe the GOVERNMENT. They did however return my money once I sent official requests.

You were very accommodating with the date, but it took multiple communications over a period of two weeks.

While the interactions were meny, and the process less than efficient, this team eventually diagnosed a significant error in my Trusted Traveler record held by CBP. They have guided me toward remediation.
Only wish that the systems were more transparent and clear on data inconsistency issues, but these matters are not the scope of the support center.

I was misled by uspassportandvisa.org after searching for a U.S. passport application. Their site appeared as a sponsored result and looked like an official government page, but it is actually a third-party service charging over $100 just to fill out a form you can complete for free on the official site.
They charged me $104.88 for something that provides no real value, and I still had to pay the actual passport fees separately. The lack of clear disclosure is extremely deceptive.
I would strongly warn others to avoid this site and go directly to travel.state.gov for passport services.

Zane was my first contact who set me on the right path to renew my Global Entry. Emarie was OUTSTANDING! She was prompt in her replies, attentive, and answered all my questions. Her advice was wise and she stayed with me for the entire rest of the process.

Alyssa O was superb! She was friendly, courteous and fully knowledgeable regarding my concerns. She helped me 100%.

MANIPULATIVE AND DECEPTIVE! This website and it's owners are very creative. Colors and layout make it looke like a State Department website. But nowhere does it clearly state that youll pay 183 dollars for them to pur letters in spots on paperwork fornthe exact cost of the passport. Further, upon reaching the payment screen it does not learly state that this is the only aspect of this service, and that you will still have to cut a check to the state dept later on. I've reached out through their contact us page with a generic ticket being placed, but cannot find any contact information from them. On the phone currently with my bank to attempt a stop payment. This is predatory and sick.
