Received a slightly different product than what I ordered
(Updated at case closure) I ordered 3x Pawsome Chaser 2.0 but instead I received 3x Petgravity Speedy Sprint Ball which I found to be confusing.
I have reached out to The Paw Parade for a solution and they have responded.
They explained that Pawsome Chaser 2.0 is in fact the same product as Petgravity Speedy Spring Ball, but that the product I should have received was supposed to be branded differently. The product is otherwise exactly the same according to the information provided by The Paw Parade.
I asked The Paw Parade for a solution and they suggest that I can return the products for a refund - however they state that return shipping is not covered as per their policy. I explained that they would have to cover return shipping as per EU consumer protection laws.
I asked for a refund which was provided, so the case was solved without too much hassle.

To clarify, The Paw Parade is an official partner of Petgravity, the original creators of the Speedy Sprint Ball. The Pawsome Chaser 2.0 is our branded edition of their award-winning design—co-developed and co-packaged under a joint fulfillment agreement.
In some cases, when our stock runs out, inventory is shipped directly from Petgravity’s warehouse, which is why the product you received carries their original branding.
We understand that the name difference may have caused confusion, and we’re already reviewing your order to ensure everything matches what was promised. You’ll receive an update shortly from our support team with a resolution that works for you.

Edit: We’ve now issued a full refund and are updating our website to clarify that the Pawsome Chaser 2.0 is co-developed with Petgravity, which is why in rare cases, products may be shipped directly with their branding.

Amazing
