Sanjoy was my allocated advisor and I found him to be knowledgeable, patient and practical in his assessments and advice. All in all a good experience.

I have always had a quick response from The Pension Planner team. The video link meetings I have had with Shane worked very well and he has explained things in a very clear and concise way. Any questions I have had he has answered quickly, and if anything needs updating Beth is on the case straight away.

Having had several financial and pension advisors in the past and been charged large fees without any real value. I can honestly say Pension Planner stand out over and above anyone else I have spoken to in the past. Shane Kao came to visit my wife and me at our home. He was able to offer advice on both pension and financial investments without any immediate obligation. He was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. More importantly happy to spend time to explain our options and ensured we fully understood the risk and benefits. It was several months before we finally decided to act on Shane’s advice, not once did he push us to make changes until we were comfortable to do so. We will be using the Pension Planner team in the future to ensure we have ongoing and updated advice.

hi my name is Anthony, i first contacted a website called unbiased as there is so many financial advisers out there,some good and some not so, but how would you know. so within 2 days Steve Hodder from the Pension Planner called me . After a lengthy discussion with Steve i decided to go with them as all relevent questions i wanted answering was done including costs (hence which many dont tell you). i was referred to Nicolas Pratt to see me through the process. to cut a long story short ,i was given advice by True potential and the pension has been transferred at the end of June no problems, Nick always keeps you in the picture whats going on any any relevent information required. If you want to transfer your pension give the Pension Planner a ring ,they are truly a professional company which you can trust every step of the way.

I contacted Shane and his team as I have a number of pensions from previous employment and wanted to understand what action if any I should take with these.

Shane and his team offered a friendly service and helped me collate information about my collection of pensions and then ran through potential recommendations.

Shane offered free advice with the recommendation of not taking any additional actions as there would not be a significant financial benefit for me to do so.
