Shane and I spend a lot of time on the phone and I couldn't make my mind up. I then gave it a month or two, and rung Shane again. He & team redone all the work. Shane then gave the best advice so when take my late retirement I will be back to Shane. All the work & advice didn't cost me a penny. Yes to recommend a friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable person Shane - Thanks to all.

I spent a long time planning my retirement and thinking through options, which included speaking with a few pension specialists. As a lot of other reviewers have mentioned, I greatly appreciated not being hurried or pressed into anything by Shane. Instead, he was very patient, calmly answering questions that I had and happy to wait and keep in touch with calls/online meetings as my situation developed. He was very clear about options, and open about what each meant for me. There was no fuss when I decided to stay with my occupational DB scheme, just a focus on the DC pots that needed to be sorted out. Overall, I am very happy with the service that I have received from Shane, backed up by Beth and the team behind the scenes, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Happy with the advice and the fact a slight change in what I wanted caused a significant change, proving the initial advice wasn't just a 'one size fits all' selection. Sanjoy was incredibly patient in explaining things and never pressured me in terms of products or timescales but kept in touch at reasonable intervals throughout the lockdown.
