If I could have scored this company zero stars I would have.
When transferring my pension out to ensure all my pensions where together. With this company there was issue after issue after issue. What came across to me is that basically they hid behind the process. Not wanting to take any responsibility to make sure my pension was transferred safely. It was always the other persons fault. Making it hard for me to transfer. Like they didn’t want me too. On top of this when I asked the telephone advisor why? She was unprofessional and rude. I pulled her on it and she said she had earache. That’s why she was screaming at me. Your talking about peoples life savings here and as a minimum I expect is professionalism. Look for solutions to the problems you face. Take responsibility. Don’t blame all and sundry. Do your job properly. Glad I’m not with them anymore. They a joke.

The person I spoke was very helpful and easy to speak with, was not pushy about much more than the information that I wanted, they did give me options but they understood what I wanted and why. A small pension came to light and needed to no how easy to transfer to my main pension. Excellent service
