All good very similar to the original perfume at a fraction of the cost speedy delivery.

Got my order really quickly and without fuss.

Love the fragrances and the company does a good job of letting me know when they have offers and new products.

What more could you ask?

Orders on numerous occasions, have usually gotten my deliveries on time, love that sometimes they'll throw in a free sample tester so I can try a new fragrance based on my previous choices. Good long lasting purfumes A*

This company never responds to messages and doesn't provide tracking for orders.lots of bad oils that don't resemble the fragrance they are supposed to resemble.

Terrible customer service and communication. Rude seller that did not get back to me in a timely manner. Seller never provided me with tracking information, never told me the package totaling less than $50 would need a signature.

A month went by with no package in site, and it wasn't until I reached out that this seller finally provided me with tracking information and the information that my package has already been attempted to be delivered, but due to the fact that no one was there to sign for it, it got sent back to the post office.

I have about 15 post offices nearby that the package could be at. With over a one hour hold time over phone for my post office, I said "forget it", it isn't worth my valuable time to track down $50 worth of questionable perfume that has been stolen from another company.

Re-delivery was unavailable due to how much time had passed. Seller NEVER told me anything. She/he just let the package sit in the post office until it was no longer able to be delivered to me, the person that paid for it. I do not recommend this seller.

The seller refused to refund until they received their perfume from the US to the UK. I do not have the ability to re-deliver or send the item back because I don't know what post office it is at. I am now out of my money and the items I ordered until the seller receives their goods. God knows how long the post office will hold onto the package for, it will most likely get lost and I won't ever get my money or my items ordered. I have opened a dispute with Etsy and the seller is so snarky that they ended their message with "We'll see how Etsy decides to handle this." Like SERIOUSLY?! It has been a month since I ordered my items from you and I don't have those or my refund.
