Hi the experience in the shop was 5 star and I was so happy to be able to choose a refill for my husband’s aftershave and have it delivered to the house .
All was good until he opened his birthday pressie and the box for the refill was really wet and the lid was full of the expensive aftershave. Very disappointing! My husband was very kind and didn’t make an issue said it was okay but I had paid £5 to have delivered quickly to the house and was very disappointed that my saving was in fact a loss and also my effort to safe on bottles was also not worth the effort.
I would appreciate a response .
