I have never been more happy about a perfume than when Amelia was serving me. She listens to what the client wants amazing well and is very knowledgeable about the types and fragrances of perfumes that are in the shop. She was very kind, and gave me a really good perfume that I honestly love. It’s a pleasure to be her client and it certainly won’t be the last time that I will come see her for some advice regarding perfumes.

When you try to buy something as a gift without home delivery, but only the person who paid for it can pick it up at the store, even if you enter the details of the person you are buying the gift for correctly 100 times. I have three orders worth £350 sitting in the store right now, and they don't do returns, so I have to wait 14 days and only then will I get a refund.

Ordering products is really quick and easy, the prices of all sizes are clearly shown, you have a choice of deliveries or pick up from the shop too.

The parcel arrived well packaged, in just a few days and all the items I ordered were in the parcel.

I ordered these products whilst they were on offer, they are for Christmas presents for family, and the prices were exceptional for what I received, a massive saving compared to what they will cost nearer to Christmas - Thank you, The Perfume Shop!

Nice and friendly staff, really helpful and nice

From the moment I stepped in store to leaving the store, the service was 5 stars I was approached by Zara with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, smiles all the way. She was so attentive and friendly, I wasn’t so sure on what perfume to buy for the summer and she chose 5 different ones which were absolutely brilliant and spot on to my liking. She was passionate and knew her stuff!!!! Great with conversation, She Signed me up to the rewards card and told me all about it. The experience was fantastic, I Have not received service like that in a while, especially in retail! I will be returning to this Perfume Shop and definitely hoping to receive her service again. Will be telling everyone to pop down The Perfume Shop Basingstoke.

I ordered Channel 19 perfume online as they do not stock it in store. The sales assistant was very helpful and did get a discount as I'm a VIP customer. She said I would receive 2 complementary samples with my order, which I had posted to my home address, I was very disappointed that I never received any samples at all. Apart from that I definitely recommend going and buying your perfume from here.

I ordered a perfume for myself and on Christmas Day too and we know that at this time of year everything is slowed down however my perfume arrived only 4 days later and I ended up taking it into the shop to be returned as I ordered it before opening my Christmas presents and got the same one. I returned the item on Saturday morning and only a couple of days later this morning I had the refund straight back into my bank. So overall, a very easy and fast and a pleasant experience compared to a lot of online stores that make the whole process so long and complicated.
