Sharon at the fort Dunlop in Birmingham was excellent, she was friendly, kind and caring, my sons experience was excellent due to her kind attitude towards him, I wish all the staff members were like her, such a sweet lady, my son brought two perfumes, thank you Sharon, recognised due to her polite manners. He made her run around and made her spray loads of perfumes so he could smell them, she did not mind at all. Done it all with a smile, thank you.
