Was in the Carlisle branch today....The young lady called Holly has the patience of a saint.. Customer service was fabulous &nothing was too much for her...how many perfumes did she let me smell... 😂 Too many on till she found me the right one A credit to your company... Thankyou Holly

Recently popped in to spray some fragrances and learn about new scents, as a fragrance reviewer I don’t purchase all the time and love to learn what new releases I can try without blind buying and the staff are always amazing, especially holly and Louisa ever so kind even helping me pick some small samples to review, I gave them a shoutout in my new video @gaysprays on TikTok! Lovely girls amazing customer service and know how to treat customers and treat them like humans!

Visited the Carlisle store on Saturday and had some amazing discounts which I took full advantage of for family gifts and got a couple of unexpected free gifts as well. Thank you so much for the amazing service, The Perfume Shop is my favourite place to visit for fragrances and I will be back before Christmas.

She was very patient when we wanted to try out different samples, and made us feel very welcome in the shop.
