I was looking for a little present for my son's birthday, but i was a bit unlucky because the perfume that my son's what is out of order. The retail lady offered to get it online and got me a 1st purchase discount in store, saved me a lot of time, The next 2 business days I got the perfume arrived at my house.

Staff very helpful perfume not available in store staff member ordered on line and was sent to home address

We came into the Cheshire Oaks shop for a bottle of Coach perfume and left buying more! The 2 people helping us were lovely and very helpful. Rosie helped us find the perfume we wanted but it wasn’t in stock and Alex told us that we can buy it cheaper and get it delivered to our home. They explained how their shop is offering 15% and how it’s cheaper than most places. Alex also helped us find another perfume for my friend and they both offered us some free gifts with our purchase. We loved how welcoming and helpful they both were and we will definitely be back very soon

I had a unique query for them, I had purchased a cheap copy perfume from a street stall in Morocco last year, and it's been my favourite perfume, however I haven't been able to figure out the real purfume it's based off of!

When I came into this store it seemed like the employees were both really friendly and knew their stuff, so I thought I would ask them (I showed them the purfume).

They both took the time to really look into the notes of the perfume, check online to see any other information about it and sample some perfumes in store that are similar to it

We managed to get really close and I ended up spending £80 on a purfume in the end. I hadn't even walked in planning to buy anything, I was just wanting to find out the name of one similar. But the employees were so kind and helpful that I wanted to buy from there.
