Outstanding service
I visited the perfume shop derby to make a purchase for a work colleague. I was greeted by a wonderful smiley lady named Hayley. She asked if I was ok and would I like any help, she asked who I was buying for, my budget and do I have a particular brand in mind. After answering her questions Hayley made numerous suggestions that matched my needs. Hayley clearly listened to everything I had said and her product knowledge is amazing. She offered to wrap the perfume and an additional service of a personalised ribbon. The experience from start to finish was amazing. I highly recommend visiting this store especially if Hayley is on hand to help. I truly hope the senior leadership team at the perfume shop see this and praise Hayley for her amazing service she delivers to your customers. She’s a true credit to your company.

Really lovely reception
Really lovely reception. I met Aisha and she was really lovely. She took her time with me. Making sure I was able to perceive the different perfumes I had interest in which made my decision seamless. Really beautiful customer service.
