Excellent Customer Experience
It was my birthday, and my wife wanted to treat me to a new perfume. The only problem? Neither of us knew exactly what I was looking for.
Thankfully, Aimee and Angela came to the rescue. They were incredibly patient and guided us through a variety of scents with genuine care and attention. There was no rush or pressure—just a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the whole experience enjoyable.
Aimee and Angela are true assets to the store. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be returning.

Excellent customer service from Neve Leishman
Bought a perfume from East Kilbride store and was served by Neve Leishman . Neve was very helpful and explained fully how to. get the best deal possible . She went out of her way to speak to the manager to see how she could help me as much as possible. Neve is an excellent asset to the store and I would definitely purchase from The perfume shop and from Neve in the future.
